I have been using Unagi scooter for my commute to work for last 3-4 months and have been quite happy with the performance. Unagi team is very responsive with the single issue I faced during my usage and issue me a replacement scooter free of cost. Scooter is solid sturdy and easy to carry from one place to another. I've recently had some health and financial problems, so I had to return one of my scooters. Unagi was quick too reply to my email and they solved any problems I had. The biggest one being canceling the correct subscription. I've never had problems with Unagi so far. Except it was hard finding the phone number for service, the email was responded to by the time I found it.

Overall grate support kinda hard to get ahold of Tho just make sure you submit a ticket and you can get a real person pretty quick. Could not unlock the full speed of the scooter but they where quick the help me resolve the issue even sent me a replacement it a quick and timely manner. I would recommend them for sure if you need cheap transportation or a way to get around for sure canât beat it .

First of all I received my scooter from delivery locked, I try to connect it via Bluetooth and it say the scooter is assigned to someone else, I try emailing your customer service to help me solve the issue and I got a reply 4 days later, today is day 6 and nothing back from your side, so I would say my experience has been bad at best

Trying to cancel my subscription is taking way too long.
It's been days since I've requested to cancel my subscription. I still have not received a shipping label email. There is no way to call or contact the company directly. I've filled out a form that supposedly send a message about this. Still no response. The only way to talk to them is through a chatbot. This is very frusturating. At this point if I get charged for going over to the next month I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company cause this is getting a bit ridiculous.
