My blonde moment lol
I thought I had a problem with my bracelet but the problem was my head 🤣 it was the second bracelet I had purchased and I thought the names were all mixed up but I had completely forgotten that I thought the same thing with the last one so I complained to Luminessa who didn’t hesitate to contact me and once again explained how to sort it out, they were so kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel foolish, absolutely great customer care 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The engraved bracelet I purchase was the black link, with five names. My son said it was the best gift, other than his marriage and children. He put it on and has not removed it yet. Reçu le bracelet aujourd'hui et quelle déception ! Impossible de l'enfiler, trop petit ! 23 cm, les prénoms sont dispersés et certains a l'envers !! J'ai demandé le remboursement mais peu d'espoir !! A fuir absolument

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The charm bracelet I bought was beautiful but unfortunately the clasp occasionally ‘stuck’ and at sometime (unbeknown to me) it had stuck open and the charms all came off. It was the sentimental value of the charms that made it so upsetting: I reported it to the company and did not expect anything in response but they have been FANTASTIC…offered a replacement straight away! I can’t wait for it to arrive, it means so much to me as I had bought it for my return to work after having my third and final baby (each charm with one of their names on).

Rating the overall bracelet, I would give it 2 stars.
Rating the customer service, I would give it an extra star. They were very friendly and patient with me and helped with all of my questions. I really appreciate that.
But with the bracelet being too small, and having to buy an extra link, the printed names being very tiny that you can barely see them, and not even receiving on Father’s Day when I ordered weeks in advance, that’s the reason I wouldn’t buy anything else with this company.
