Great bracelet and chain, look good and feel good, quick delivery and great price, will buy again

Really impressed with the product quality and customer experience. Fast delivery and good communication. I bought a Miami Cuban set and get asked where I got it whenever I wear it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bout an item as my sons 16th present and NEVER received it. Trying to gey this issue sorted has been such a huge hassle and is yet to be resolved.

I enquired about a replacement order for a chain that broke and I did receive quite a quick response asking for some more information which I provided, however, after they stated that I would receive a replacement order, I have had zero communication since the 21st of July 2025 and I have been chasing for an update. I have sent the company a message via their social media platforms but no response. I fear I won't get the replacement. I will purchase a new chain elsewhere.

For my first time ordering… i’m impressed with everything. Good quality jewellery… the only thing i have to say was the delivery was longer than expected but apart from that very impressed

Don’t buy with this company. Parcel never been delivered, sent a few emails to clarify never had a response from them. Unprofessional.

Do not use this company, offered lifetime warranty and chain broke very quick, promised to send a new one out and have then ignored my emails for months

Wrong size and did not get send correct one as promised. When asking again via mail did not get any response.

Send me the wrong size chain. After contacting customer support I was promissed they will send the right size. After a week I mailed them regarding a tracking no. or progess. Got ignored.. do not recommend!

Absolute shower if shit@, never received my order and they don't answer any emails after the generic we will look in to it, for the love of god do not spend a penny with these absolute clowns

Awful company, order placed item was never sent. Only one message was ever answered with the generic our team will look into it rubbish. Just glad I paid on credit card as I had to get my bank to step in and claim the money back. AVOID THESE ROBBING SCAMMERS

Fast delivery very well packaged and put together

The wrong item was sent. Silver instead of gold. I get mistakes happen. That’s fine. Got an email saying. “I will coordinate with our team regarding this matter” numerous emails sent and no further communication. Lesson learnt.

Sent tarnished good. I emailed to ask for the address to return the items. They swayed me into having a replacement.
Fast forward 8 weeks and they have fobbed me off stating that they have issue with royal mail and haven't responded to me in 5 weeks. Absolutely disgusting practise. Been robbed and left with falsely advertised goods.
Joke of a company

They shipped my parcel to the wrong address (other side of the country). Then promised me they would send another parcel which they still haven't. I have emailed them several times for weeks which they now ignore. I am now out of pocket because of this.
Do not order from this company!

I have emailed this company numerous times regarding a chain I bought for my son’s birthday which broke only after a couple of wears. I was informed that the broken chain would be replaced. I have never received the chain and they are now not responding to my emails. Avoid at all costs as if the item is faulty they do not replace the item meaning you have wasted your money. My son is extremely upset and I am extremely cross that this company attempts to fob off their customers with empty promises and lies!
Please avoid!

My 2nd buying experienced went nuts. A month passed by your items still for shipping because of their so called shipping company ROYAL MAIL issues..

Very good quality, definitely going to last me a long time and also going to add a bit more style to my outfit

Been waiting since the 9th May still not had anything posted out shocking service I will continue writing reviews until my items are received or my money refunded
