I placed an order with them and 5 days later still no sign of it being dispatched. I sent them an email asking the time line for delivery. It took a couple emails before i got an answer and this was to tell me that the item was out of stock and asked me to pick something else. I requested a refund as I won't be trusting them again. It took me to reach out to them twice before hearing from them. This issue should have been made aware to me sooner and not because I asked what was happening with my order. Poor service.

Ordered from them the first time and my product came fine. Ordered from them the second time, they’ve confirmed the payment but now just won’t ship it. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed them for help and they gave me NO assistance or information about the process of my order. I have since emailed them again and filled in their form for help and they’ve completely ignored both of them. The product I ordered is now sold out on the website which makes me believe I’m never gonna get it.

I bought from this seller before and found there service is excellent and the goods are great quality with quick and secure postage' also very reasonable prices for genuine goods I would recommend 😀

Just bought a second necklace. I wear these chains everyday and don't take them off. Very durable and haven't had any issues with falling apart, fading, or dulling at all.

When I requested a refund they offered to send me a 2nd chain free of charge. Very thankful and glad to see a very thoughtful response.

I bought my boyfriend a tennis bracelet for our one year anniversary, keep in mind I decided to spend a lot of money as a teenager still in school on this gift and it arrived and it seemed nice, but the clasp was stiff and around a week later one of the jewels fell out. I asked for a replacement and this time it happened again but this time the bracelet also went rusty, as well as the clasp being stiffer than before. I explained my situation to them and asked for a refund, but they just automatically sent me another one in the wrong size and refused my refund. I'm only young and I spent a lot of money and now it is wasted. It is really not good quality and I'm really upset. Do not buy from here.

Literally nothing but a scam. Terribly made jewellery which is made to be broken easily. But too late they already have your money and they refuse to give you a refund. Had to tell my bank about it as they refused to refund me multiple times. Do not waste your time or money. Bunch of thieving scamming prlcks.

This company is a SCAM. They steal your money. There is no way to contact them other than an email address. They refuse to respond to me. They took my money and never sent me anything. Really, they did this to my teenage son. HORRIBLE company! It has now been MONTHS of me trying to contact them.
