I recently purchased an Incolor SSR from Edward at Underdogs. Since I placed my order before the bikes had been delivered or reviewed in North America, I felt I was taking a chance, but the experience was excellent.

Edward was incredibly helpful, providing all available pre-sale information and maintaining a direct line to the Incolor team. His follow-up and updates after the sale were frequent and informative. Despite the complexity and my constant changes and indecision to my custom paint scheme, the bike arrived in perfect condition and exactly as ordered.

I am very happy with both the bike and the regular communication I received from Edward throughout the process. I have also since ordered a complete Sram Red groupset from him without any issues. I highly recommend Underdog Cycling, especially for complex orders.

I needed a shorter crank but didn’t want to spend the money on a complete crank setup so I got the Elilee crank arms from underdogs cycling. I’m in the US so I wasn’t sure how long I would be waiting for these to arrive but it didn’t take long at all. They even reached out to confirm I got my order. Thanks!

Honestly such a good experience with Underdogs. He helped me pick the right size frame and answered all my questions super fast. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t just sell me something—he actually gave me advice on parts and how to improve my bike overall. You can tell he really cares. Definitely recommend!

bought a set of crankarms. ngl was a little nervous ordering from overseas. Pre-Order Sales was very courteous and not pushy. shipping was excellent. product appears fantastic. install was a breeze. they even emailed me after it delivered to check in. I have not used the cranks yet but they appear very well made and nice...I can't foresee an issue. was happy with my overall experience.

Eddy was great to deal with. The process was smooth and he made it so easy for me. We agreed on a budget and then he took it from there. He had me sized up and then he ordered everything. He exceeded my expectations and so I’m glad to have met him.

I bought a set of carbon bicycle cranks in February 2026. Even with delay delivery was incredibly fast. The crankset I bought is of great quality and really light.
