Great experience dealing with underdog. They where very helpful and knowledgeable with the parts I was looking for. They offered quick responses and shipped my components in a quickly. No tarrifs shipping to California. They can take my moneys.

They’re based in Canada (back east from me), but compared to other options — many of which are located directly in China or Europe — this gave me a lot more confidence.

Are there hiccups when buying from places where they have to ship and pass customs. Absolutely! Underdogs came in clutch and communicated excellently throughout the process. Happy and will do business with them plenty more times!

Helped me order a frame from Tavelo in a limited edition colourway. Really responsive to questions and status of shipping, and were able to get an extra derailleur hanger shipped with the frame. There ended up being a small delivery fee from UPS, but they let me know in advance. Overall good experience.
