A honest review. My friend and I were very skeptical on purchasing from this site. I did what I could do to see if they were legit. At the end. I'm glad to say they're 100% legit!! Great experience!! They answered every questions in timely manner. We went ahead and ordered 2 wheel sets (8lien). Shipping was quick. Courier fees was minimal ($30 each wheel set). No other hidden fees.
If you have any questions. Give them a shout. They'll answer all your inquiries.

Ordered Elilee crankset, guys were super responsive and informative. Fast delivery with UPS considering my order fell into holidays in China!

My experience with Underdog was fantastic.
Was looking for a set of cranks and power meter. Spoke to the boss and he gave me a few options.
Took a chance and placed an order, with the understanding that these are boutique bicycle parts from across the world, and they might take a few weeks to arrive.
Here is where it became different -
Post sale communication was amazing. I mean, from the first day, I got regular updates about where my parts were and when to expect them.
It was almost too much communication, but most people would probably like this level of detail.
Parts arrived as expected and I am glad to have a solid vendor to turn to for my bikes.

From initial contact asking about the complete bike purchase options, discussion around sizing, fit, riding style and type, wheelset options, colour schemes and shipping to Australia, absolutely nothing was too much work for these guys. Super attentive and knowledgeable, anda great service from purchase through to delivery! Very excited to put some miles on the bike! Thanks!

After inquiring by email Edward from UnderdogCycling called me to help me select the right size frame and stem length as they have a history of being different when buying from Chinese brands.

I have been on and around bikes for 20 years. I decided I wanted to do something different on my next build and found Underdogs Cycling. Send a quick inquiry email and Edward immediately responded, answering my questions and offered his cell phone number to talk through any other questions I had. Once I was ready to make a purchase Edward called me on a Sunday and we talked though sizing information for over a half hour. I placed my order immediately following and Edward has been in constant contact through the shipping process. I look forward to completing my build and will be back when I am ready for some component upgrades (i.e. carbon cranks, power meter, etc). I highly recommend using Underdogs on your purchase as Edward is fantastic in bridging the gap from North American to China with bikes.
