a little delay in logistic part, order placed on 01/04 morning, announced prepared to GLS on 03/04, but really handled to GLS on 07/04

First, the delay of your latest order was due to the Easter Holidays I am afraid. GLS in Denmark was closed, and did not pick up until Tuesday the 7th of April (we tried to get them to pick up).

Really quality items, you can feel theyâre so durable. True to size, flattering. Would highly recommend. The only annoying things are the labels but easily cut off.

Excellent customer care
The hooks on the back of the Lima bra (white) feel like theyâre scratching my skin. The high apex braâs are wired on the sides. Thereâs also a difference between the sizing of the braâs. However, customer care has been amazing with my returns. Instead I received the new Erica bra and this is amazingly soft and comfortable. Ordered more as Iâm very happy with it and they look beautiful. All in all: four stars.
