UNSATISFYED SERVICE
Last week I was asked for information that I had to provide with a letter from the sender of the order, in which I stated that the shipment did not contain any goods from Russia. After having complained about this on several occasions via email to UNDONE, to date I have not received a response in this regard. That is why I am not satisfied with the order placed with UNDONE and the service that is being given to me for goods that I will not be able to receive if I do not have this letter. That is why I am requesting that you resolve the situation and send me this letter.

Required a lot of follow up to receive item
The communication around shipping of item made buyer quite nervous around integrity of company, however it did all work out in the end butwith a lot of following up, and the product is indeed wonderful. Just a nail biting wait to see it shipped.

The watch quality feels great
The watch quality feels great, and the look is impressive. Also the special edition handkerchief is a great touch.
Only issue I had was with the shipping, as the taxes were not paid and I had to pay over $100 USD more to receive it. Other than that I'm satisfied.

Great watch for the value
Great watch for the value. Will be my everyday bang around and get dirty/wet without concern watch.
Beautiful color. Tight precise built and machining. Watch face is subtle and beautiful.
Strap is ridiculously small for the vast majority of male wearers. The lume is barely acceptable. Lack of a lume on the seconds hand is not acceptable for a divers watch.
Packaging is a little lacking. Insufficient instructions and kinda cheap.

From Mexico to World, it’s and incredible piece of art, the color, materials, design, all of them is great, I saw this brand with other collaborations but I’m feel happy to waiting for this. Hokusai-Kan Museum collab have many details that looks like beautiful.

Be careful when purchasing from Undone
1. I still have not received a $25 credit back I was promised by customer service
2. I still have not received the watch. It appears to encounter a new delay every few days.
At this point I just hope the price arrives and I’m not completely ripped off as it was a gift for my daughters birthday.
