Good customer service
Good customer service - product met expectations and delivered on time - unique service offering - not afraid to recommend to fellow watch lovers. That said, would love better contrast between sub hand/sub dials (both black which makes it harder to read) but that's a minor point.

I waited for months to receive my purchase. I wrote so many times I lost count. All in all a terrible experience, and I would never order anything from your company. It was so bad, it made me re-evaluate every purchase I make on line from a brand that I don't know like yours.

Just wish it had either a light or luminox technology to allow for better reading at night
The wrist band is also very short and a tight fit for bigger wrists

Great product
Great product, great price. I love watches, have 100+, from Patek, Rolex to Chinese Mao little book waving oddities. Customizing a watch here was huge fun and the execution flawless and delivery very quick indeed. The result is lovely. 100/100 experience.

Beautiful watch and fantastic company
What a great company! The watch is beautiful and the engraving on the back made it such a special gift for my husband. This was part of an anniversary gift but also the perfect timing for an upgrade on his current watch. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special family heirloom.

Disappointed by the night visibility. The lume used is of bad quality and the definition of the indicators and needles is poor to the point one can hardly read the time

Don't buy your watch from undone
I got an "URBAN STELLAR TIFF BLUE" and now without any trauma to the watch the crystal is broken. There is a crack across the middle of the glass.
I wrote a message to undone and they ended up saying I could send the watch back, but I had to pay the shipment. I got disappointed and took off my watch and put it back in the case.
A few month later, half of the crystal/glass are detached from the disc and the watch look horrible.
Undone watches are good looking watches with a very low quality...

Overall great watch
The customization options blew me away! I am very happy with the purchase. I went for a gold dial with a brown leather strap, the watch looks classy and refined. Also got my initials inscribed on the back, for a little extra detail.

Watch looks great, low quality.
Watch looks great, I got many compliments about how it looks.
The only issue is, it just stopped working after 2.5 years. I took it to my trusted watchmaker thinking the battery was dead, nope, the clockwork is broken (low quality), and he advised me to contact the seller. The warranty has expired and with it goes 250€
