Keine Lieferung erfolgt!!!!
Ich habe im Mai 2025 eine Bestellung von 3 Puzzles gemacht und eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Bis zum 24.01.2026 keine Lieferung. Leider ist über careatunidragon.com keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich.

This company makes exquisite puzzles! I am so impressed by their work. They deserve all the praise they can get. And their service is also top notch.

Ik bestelde op 27 september een nieuwe puzzel, is nog altijd niet aangekomen.ze reageren ook niet op mails.waarschijnlijk ben ik mijn geld kwijt.

I placed another order for four jigsaws, which meant I had three free jigsaw gifts. The medium free gift was not available so I only could receive two, a small puzzle and royal size.
The shop app did work this time but my order didn't leave Germany, it got returned. Customer service were great, they told me they had already sent it out again with another delivery service. I received tracking with royal mail parcel force worldwide. The only down side was I had to pay a customs tax to receive it once it got to the UK. So my RS jigsaw ended up not being free after all! Royal mail even delivered on a Sunday.(7th Sept)
Once again these puzzles don't fail to be beautiful. I have six now to get working on.

Har bestilt et puslespil for 1 uge siden. Har ikke modtaget en ordrebekræftelse eller nogen form for shipment information, men pengene blev trukket fra min konto i forgårs.
Jeg har skrevet både på deres mail flere gange og på deres chat bot.
Modtog i dag et standardsvar på mail om at de har meget travlt.
Er de lukket?
Er det her man kan få hul igennem?
Det må blive en politi- og bank anmeldelse hvis der ikke sker noget i dag.

Order #100753 was placed on June 2nd. It still hasn’t been handed over for delivery. The promised delivery time was 4–5 days.

Now, here’s the interesting part. Company representatives boast about how “European” they are, how they have warehouses in Europe, and how trustworthy they claim to be. Want to know a great way to check if they actually have warehouses in Europe? Try launching a truck full of drones (if you're not aware, check the news from June 1st, 2025). After that performance, the scared dictatorship started inspecting every truck and halted logistics across the country — and suddenly, on the website of this so-called “genuinely European” company, a message appears: “Sorry, delivery may now take up to 30 days.”

Note: I placed my order before that message appeared.

So, beware — instead of a nice gift, you're likely to receive nothing at all, plus a dose of horrible customer service, and as a bonus, you’ll be supporting the aggressor state.

Oh, and of course — I contacted their support. They apologized profusely, saying they “couldn't possibly have warned about the delay in advance”. No clear timelines, no attempt to resolve or negotiate anything.
I honestly think it’s because of the Ukrainian flag on my profile picture :)

The product is OK, but the reason why I give such a low score is to have some reaction from their after-sales, which is disastrous : after having sent numerous e-mails, it is impossible to receive an invoice from them, they just don't reply the mails ...

Heute wurde ein beschädigtes Paket geliefert. Es war notdürftig nur an der Längsseite einmal zugeklebt. Das bestellte Puzzle war nicht im Paket, sondern nur das Montageset. Aufgrund der mangelnden Verpackung gehe ich davon aus, dass beim Versand das Puzzle entwendet und das Paket notdürftig zugeklebt wurde. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung rate ich davon ab direkt bei Unidragon zu bestellen.

I have previously used Unidragon store twice and had no problem with the orders, they've came on time. But this time everything is different.
Three times I've tried to contact customer service to get any information about the order, but I'm being ignored.

On December 10th I've placed an order for Intergalaxy Butterfly M size puzzle. When I've put the item to the cart, I've double checked and it said that puzzle was in stock. Promised shipping to my country was 4-5 days. I've paid up for the product and shipping, received a letter with the order confirmation, but nothing else after that - no tracking number, no information about puzzle being sent.

A whole month have passed. I had plans to receive it before January 15th, it was meant to be a birthday present. And seems like it won't happen.

At this time I feel awful - money wasted, no puzzle received.

Even if puzzles themselves are really beautiful and well made, I cannot recommend Unidragon store after my last interaction.

4 puzzels besteld en ontvangen waarvan 2 beschadigde dozen. Inmiddels 2 weken op en neer aan het mailen met Unidragon om de puzzels met kapotte dozen te ruilen. Het zijn immers dure puzzels en ik heb recht op onbeschadigde producten. Helaas tot op heden telkens smoezen en geen antwoord op mijn vraag om te ruilen. Schandalig en niet verwacht van dit bedrijf met mijn inziens zeer mooie producten.

I waited so long to have my Unidragon because it is an expensive puzzle, but had very bad experience with the delivery. They didn't deliver, even me having a huge mail box outside for that purpose. After that, there was mismatching information on the delivery company and tracking and it was really difficult to find where to pick up my package. The customer service is absent from responsibility of their own service providers. Asked me to connect with the company. Not helpful at all. Waited a lot, and won't buy again.

An absolutely fabulous puzzle experience! From the quality, brilliant colors, unique shapes and the story on the back side these puzzles are a truly entertaining, challenging experience.

I received a puzzle as a gift that was very challenging to complete. It was a family effort. The puzzle was beautiful once it was completed except it was missing ONE piece. The packing slip provides an email address and says if a piece is missing, please contact them before leaving a bad review. After corresponding with them a few times, they are sending me a replacement puzzle so I can pick out the missing piece and complete my puzzle. I can't wait to spray it with puzzle glue and frame it so everyone that enters my home can see it! It is truly a beautiful piece of art. My next purchase will be one that is a little less challenging though! Thank you Unidragon for sending me a replacement. Greatly appreciated!!!

Unidragons kundservice är usel, liksom deras träpussel Nascent Sun Mandala. Pusslet är ganska dyrt. Kvalitén motsvarar inte priset. Många bitar är lika skurna och kunde passa på många ställen. Två av stjärnbitsdelarna kunde sitta på två ställen ”Rätta” bitar passar inte, de var för stora. Verkligen dålig kvalité på laserskärningen. Till slut gav jag upp och packade in skitpusslet och reklamerade pusslet.
Kundtjänsten vägrade byta ut det mot ett fungerande om jag inte la ihop pusslet igen och skickade bilder på eländet.
Jag ägnade så många timmar med att försöka lägga det, och ville inte börja om igen. ”Jamen då kan vi inte byta ut det”
Vill tillägga att jag lägger pussel varje dag och gillar dessa laserskurna, så jag har att jämföra med. Det här pusslet är riktigt uselt och det är Unidragons kundservice också.

Bought a Unidragon puzzle through Amazon. Expensive. Right away when i open the box, there is a disclaimer from the company about missing pieces or defective puzzles, asking purchasers not to diss them on the internet in case this happens... Well, guess what! The pieces provided to me in my box DID NOT fit together early on, and thus the mandala puzzle COULDNT be completed. I am a seasoned puzzler, finishing very complex challenges with great patience. This company CLEARLY has PROBLEMS in their manufacture to automatically include this disclaimer along with their product! I was happy i bought this through Amazon in that i received an immediate refund with free return shipping rather than having to work directly with Unidragon to return ship and then wait for my refund. I will never buy a puzzle from this company again.

Ist ein echt schönes Geschenk gewesen :) Von der Bestellung des Puzzles bis zur Ankunft des Päckchens hat es gerade einmal zwei Tage gedauert (da ich hier gerade lese, dass bei einigen Leuten die Ware nicht richtig angekommen sei).

Unidragon are purveyors of beautifully designed and colorful wooden puzzles consisting of laser cut and unique pieces. My first experience was with the Mandala Tree of life. I enjoyed this experience and challenge. The package came in good condition and very nicely packed.

My third experience with Unidragon was perfection. I selected the Elusive Colibri-a puzzle that was 2 parts-a hummingbird and a flower. I was amazed at all the hummingbird whimsies and the rich colors. I have assembled this puzzle 3 or 4 times and it still appears like new. Keep up the good work unidragon!
