very qualitative

Hi, I ordered a puzzle with the Italian Riviera, besides the fact that it is exactly as in the pictures, it is also of high quality and very beautiful. I recommend it for anyone who wants to occupy their free time or even give a gift.

Quality meets artistry

Unidragon puzzles are where quality meets artistry. I've ordered puzzles for myself and my kids, and the experience has been exceptional. Bought few Unidragon puzzles

Bought few Unidragon puzzles, owl, and 2 mandalas. Quality is great and looks amazing, not like cheap chinese versions you can be familiar with if you are in to puzzles. Overall really satisfied with product and customer service.

Fairy Bird RS

Got this cool puzzle as a birthday gift from my work buddies. I must say, this gift left a impression on me. I had never assembled wooden puzzles before and I was impressed by how much they differ from the cardboard ones. The texture and the feel of the wooden pieces are quite distinct and pleasant. The large size, along with the numerous and varied prints on the illustration, made it super engaging to find matches. I enjoyed the shaped pieces like birds, plants, and animals, which made the process very fun. The puzzle is made very well, and I had a lot of pleasure assembling it.

Quality is just superb

Received Quezzle Amazing Capadocia as a gift on my birthday. The quality is just breathtaking and I couldn't recommend Unidragon puzzles more.

Closet Russian State Subsidized company :-(

Although they make great puzzles, nowadays they really make an effort to try to hide the fact that this is a Russian company by using a cover up company called Rusard (what a name..) Every single box you order has the address from Walt LLC, 443099 unit 6, Sadovaya Street 137, Samara, Samara Oblast, Rusland, 443099.
Did not expect this from a .eu website with a contact address in Dublin, Ireland. I kinda feel cheated because they are not upfront about their origin.
Turns out they are even state subsidized.

Scammers

This company is something realy awful. It looks like you get gift with puzzle and then you get nothing. Their support just says ,,We are sorry, but that's all we are going to do,,. Customer in the first place? Not here. Kinda worry what will i do if pieces will be missing.
Edit: I've got msg from their support that gift was mobile holder. That i can find one at box. Obviously there was nothing.

It is clear from the correspondence with the recipient that the offer for an additional purchase of the mounting system was accepted by you as a gift offer. My unidragon experience

I ‘ve just completed my third unidragon animal puzzle. The cuts of the pieces are so precise and different. The colors are gorgeous and I love the way the other creatures are incorporated into the puzzle. In the ‘“Shining Fish” there were whales, fish, seahorses even a trident. I love this style of puzzle.

Schlechte Reaktion bei fehlerhaften Teilen

Ich habe von Unidragon über Amz ein Puzzle (Löwe) bestellt. Leider ist eins der Teile fehlerhaft und deshalb kann man das Puzzle nicht fertigstellen.
Der Support hält einen nur hin obwohl ich ein Bild vom fehlerhaften Teil geschickt hatte. Deren Aussage: "Wir warten auf eine Entscheidung der zuständigen Person und werden Ihnen in Kürze antworten." Das ist wieder einige Tage her. Wie kann denn die Entscheidung bei einer Person liegen, wenn das Produkt fehlerhaft ist? Finde das Verhalten sehr irritierend. Kommt mir eher so vor als versuche man die Rückgabefrist verstreichen zu lassen.
Eigentlich hätte es mir gereicht dieses Teil ersetzt zu bekommen..
Schade, eigentlich gefallen mir die Puzzles, ich habe noch ein anderes. Aber bei dem Service werde ich keine weiteren bestellen.

RUSSIAN FACTORY!

RUSSIAN FACTORY!
I’ve been buying these puzzles for some years as a xmas present tradition. I tried to stop an already delayed order after I got tired of waiting and realizing the factory of the puzzles are in Russia.
Same story as all other reviews regarding customer service. Just awful and a total waste of time. Never got the stuff canceled, never heard back from them, never got instructions on how to send the puzzle back etc.
Unidragon is on my black list now.

Online Gift Card needs to be shipped?

Ordered a gift card as company website notes the gift card voucher will be "sent to your email immediately". No email arrived to any of my account inboxes (focused, junk, other, etc). I contacted customer care, who told me I needed an order number (which I didn't have as they hadn't sent me any confirmation email). They tracked down my order number and told me it would be "As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. With it you will be able to monitor the movement of your order and track the delivery time." This is for an on-line order, for an online voucher, there is nothing to ship. There appears to be a complete disconnect between the customer care/support and the sales.

Customer Service is Garbage..

I ordered a puzzle for Christmas Gift and let my wife know what I had ordered for her mother. Well, it happens that my wife had already ordered the same thing from Amazon. I contacted Unidragon Customer Service to cancel my order. I received an email back saying my order would be canceled. Then I receive a shipping notice. Contacted them again and was told it would be canceled. roughly 4 hours later I receive my final email saying order could not be canceled as it has already shipped. I as well as my Credit Card company felt this was not right and stopped payment which made me feel a bit better but I would not recommend this company to anyone no matter how good the product is just due to their Customer Service being garbage.

Next day processing is a lie, no communication

I placed my order on the 4th of December expecting next day processing and then 3-14 day shipping to Australia. My order was processed 16th of December 12 days later with an expected delivery date of 28th December! There was no update or communication regarding the delay and when I used the support chat to enquire the reply was "out of our control, sorry!" Can't express ship, can't change delivery address until delivery has been attempted. I would not recommend this company for Australian customers.

Scammed!

Scammed!! I placed an order on the 26th November that was close $100 Aus, I contacted customer service after 7th December as I hadn’t received any shipping notification, the reply was;
“Thank you for your waiting and patience. Unfortunately, there are technical problems in the warehouse in Australia. We are fixing it and will ship all orders as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused”.
I again contacted customer service on the 13th December, the reply;
“Hello! Unfortunately, we still have problems! We can`t say exactly when these be fixed”.
After this reply I requested a refund with the reply;
“Ok, we have forwarded your request to our responsible manager!
As soon as we get the answer, we will contact you again!”
In other words you’ve been scammed!!!

This was the worst customer service…

This was the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. When I went on their website it says there’s a sale of 70%. I’m not stupid and I know that (even though they didn’t mention that it was ‘up to’ 70% discount) that banner was probably too good to be true. However, it surprised me that they didn’t even offer any significant discount, which I found strange since they’re technically claiming 70% discount on the banner on their site (again, probably a typo, but a sticky one). The maximum discount I could find on a puzzle was 20%. Also fine, but don’t mention 70% if you don’t even have one item that has that discount. When I asked this question in their chat option, I got a very short, rude answer back that was something along the lines of having to deal with it. I never got the chance to ask a follow up question, since she shut of the chat immediately after she gave her answer. Even after rating the chat as ‘bad’ I never heard from them again.
Again, I’m not whining about not getting 70% off because I know that’s just poor marketing and obviously a lie, but I don’t like how this company handles their business.

"Starry night" was my second puzzle…

"Starry night" was my second puzzle from Unidragon. 1000 unique pieces. Five evenings. Huh! It's amazing experience I've ever had, cos texture repeats the artist's technique.
