Absolutely loved the puzzles, they are very well made and beautiful and tectile feel is wonderful as well.

This is not the way to do business.
order placed, payment done, ...
... and then nothing.
And, when I contact "care" all that comes back is "awaiting your reply".
I strongly believe, this is a scam.

Delivery arrived, so it's no fake. However, pro active communication would be appreciated and please don*t blame it on "missing customer info", when it's an internal issue.
The good thing is, service reacts to a low rating and then resolves the issues

The colourful pictures, the cute details in shape, pattern and on the back of some puzzle pieces (I use to start the puzzle with the back - non coloured - side, to explore the details :))) )
With quezzle we enjoyed the riddles and t discover the extra figurines. Also the animated eagle in the first puzzle on a smartphone was fun. Weather we didn't manage to start this animation for the other three puzzles or there was none - in both ways sad. But it didn't lowered the fun.
There is only one thing I didn't like: the smell after opening the box. I use to spread the puzzle pieces on a plate to air them out :)

Awesome puzzles, great quality

I love the shape of the pieces. And the final result is beautiful, I love the bright colors.
The puzzle was smaller that what I expected, but next time I'll buy a bigger one.

I ordered one for a present. Overall - great quality, poor delivery process. The delivery terms and conditions, mentioned in their website was not correct at all. Due to the delay I was not able to give the present on the birthdate as planned.

Mia moglie ha comprato due puzzle da loro non molto tempo fa.
Tempi di consegna lunghi, assistenza inesistente e articoli di fattura mediocre, come indicato in molte altre recensioni, che, evidentemente, dovevamo ascoltare.
Mia cognata li aveva invece acquistati molto simili su un noto sito cinese che tutti conosciamo. La qualità è praticamente la stessa, i disegni pure grosso modo, solo che almeno lei li ha pagati davvero molto, molto meno! Un prezzo stracciato per un articolo che invece loro ti vendono a peso d'oro.
Mai più acquisteremo da loro.

Jeg har tidligere købt fire puslespil, hvor alt var fint. Puslespillene er flotte og spændende at lave. Jeg har nu købt et femte puslespil, hvor det viser sig, at to brikker er i stykker. Jeg skriver derfor til firmaet, og beder dem sende to erstatningsbrikker. Dette kan ikke lade sig gøre, skriver de tilbage, men jeg kan i stedet skrive mig op til deres loyalitetsprogram og få unidragonpoint svarende til 40 % for det puslespil jeg havde købt, så jeg kan bruge pointene næste gang jeg køber et puslespil. Jeg svarer tilbage, at jeg ikke er interesseret i at blive en del af deres loyalitetsprogram, og at jeg i stedet gerne vil have et nyt puslespil, når de nu ikke kan sende mig to brikker. Det kan heller ikke lade sig gøre. Det eneste, de kan, er at give mig 40 % på mit næste køb. Så altså for overhovedet at få noget som helst "kompensation" for, at de har solgt mig en defekt vare, skal jeg bruge endnu flere penge hos dem. Det kan da ikke være lovligt. Fair nok at de ikke kan sende to nye brikker, men så skal jeg have valget mellem at få et nyt puslespil eller få nogle penge tilbage for det puslespil, jeg allerede har købt. Jeg har ingen tillid til firmaet mere, så jeg har da ikke lyst til at lægge flere penge hos dem for at opnå min kompensation. Det er simpelthen under al kritik.

As we haven't received the majority of our pledged items and what small item we have received was even damaged, we have presented them with a number of options what we would accept as a resolution.

They chose the refund option after not being able to sort out the "shipping issue" for more than a month, even with us providing a clear address what has worked with the other small package.

We haven't received anything, not even the promised refund.

As this is going on for months now and their support practically did not do anything about this apart from the one liner blunt answers, we have filed a chargeback request at our bank to get back the money they have stolen from us.

We have also flagged them as frauds, so other people in the same situation would have better chances too.

I also need to highlight that their support is extremely inadequate and it cannot even do basic things right like communications.

Anyway this is considered closed from our side.

I would rate them zero if I could. Late January I ordered two puzzles. One of the two was received unsealed - we discovered one piece missing and one piece broken when we tried to assemble. In the box is a card which says please don’t post bad reviews, reach out and we will resolve any problems. I did - they answered asking for photos - I sent them the same day. They responded that I would receive a replacement within a week. That was on January 29th, it is now March 18th and nothing happened. I have received multiple emails all promising shipment within a week, or some new excuse each time. I finally launched a credit card dispute - now they say they can’t ship me a replacement until I withdraw the dispute - fat chance of that. The really sad part about this situation is that they make a beautiful product - but their customer service is abysmal. I have read on other sites that they are financed by the Russian government, if I had known that before hand, I would never have ordered from them. SAVE YOUR MONEY - DON’T BUY FROM THESE LYING CON ARTISTS.

28 April 2022 Update - see their response below - Unidragon want me to withdraw my credit card dispute BEFORE they will ship the replacement. I have told Unidragon repeatedly (as recently as last week) that I will have no protection if I do that. However, I will remove the dispute if they ship the replacement and I will even up date this complaint. They won’t trust me but expect me to trust them after 3 months of lies.

Habe bisher insgesamt 4 Puzzles bestellt. Sie sind sehr schön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und ich habe viel Spaß damit. Allerdings sind sie auch ziemlich teuer. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung hat ein Puzzleteil gefehlt. Der Support antwortet schnell, hält einen aber nur hin. Seit 2 Monaten wird behauptet, dass das Ersatzteil verschickten wird. Ich bezweifle, dass ich es jemals bekommen werde.

Update: auf Grund meiner Bewertung, wurde mir nun, nicht nur das fehlende Teil, sondern gleich das komplette Puzzle neu zugeschickt. Aber eben erst nach dieser Bewertung. Beim Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde ich wie gesagt nur hingehalten.

I received a gift certificate in November. I had been viewing their website in December but noticed the selection was dwindling so I waited until January to see what was in their inventory. I was drawn to the very largest size of the traditional puzzles but none have been in stock for a very long time. So I thought I would get a small animal puzzle that I could give to my granddaughter. I tried to redeem the gift certificate for the purchase but when you click on the link to transfer it to the purchase, the page just spins and never renders. I used the chat to try to get some support but you do not hear back until many hours later if at all. Finally the other day they said they would send another gift certificate so now the “game goes to extra innings” with no resolve. Beautiful puzzle presentation; the WORST customer service and support. Run from them and consider yourself very lucky!
