The puzzle is great, but came with a missing piece. Company said that they will send a new one. But a month and a half later and we are still waiting, seems like we spent 130 euro for nothing as we cannot hang a puzzle with a missing piece!

I ordered 3 Medium sized puzzles, they arrived within 3 days and are absolutely beautiful! Got the set to mount them on the wall too and it works great.

Already placed another order, they're just so much fun to assemble!

Ich bestellte drei Unidragonpuzzles direkt auf Ihrer Website. Wusste zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht, ob ich diese jemals erhalten würde, da die Website etwas unseriös wirkt. Ich wurde per Mail darauf aufmerksamgemacht, das noch Zollkosten hinzukommen können. Dies war auch der Fall. Jedoch bin ich von den Puzzles hell begeistert! Ja, die Lieferung dauert einen Moment. Soviel ich weiss ist es auch keine riesen Firma, desshalb geht die Produktion villeicht auch etwas lang. Aber die Puzzles sind es Wert! So eine schöne Verarbeitung. Wenn man das Puzzle das erste mal auspackt riecht man noch das geschnittene Holz(Laserschnitt) und dir Puzzles sind mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Zollkosten in die Schweiz ja, lange Wartezeit ja, aber beides total oke für so ein schönes Produkt.

Tried to cancel order but they never responded to the email and just sent it out anyway.

Completed an Owl puzzle only to find that a piece or pieces are missing!
Trying to attach photos but I will have to email the company.

Nothing to complain. I've ordered 5 S-Puzzles. Shipping time (to GE) 4-5 days. Puzzles itself in very good conditions and quality.

I don't know why it's rated this low! :( I ordered a medium size owl for myself 3 days ago, was delivered yesterday! Yes, you read it correct! 2 days expedited shipping!!! (for only 6ish eur) Every piece is uniquely shaped and has brightful colors. Never seen any puzzle like this before. One "disappointment": King size (25x43) is definitely not doable in 6 hours! :))))
Not my last order from this russian guy from sure! Keep up the good work!

Shipping was so long and in the end the quality was so bad . Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Product quality is so bad! Are all the people who come here for good reviews Unidragon staff! The product is glued on with paper! Will be discolored

I purchased twelve puzzles, eight of the puzzle pattern will fall off, and these puzzles will be missing a piece or two, I do not know if the inventory to clean up the defective sent to me

Scam!Fraud and false propaganda! The puzzles purchased at his house are not wooden, faded, and the price is very expensive, I sent an email to ask for 1 month before being delivered, it is not worth the price

Nice web and potentially nice products. However, one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Automated template with photo and nice speech after purchase is far from good. They don't communicate properly - no business email skill, no signature, no apology for problems, not answering on question, no proper info given. Just all wrong, giving it one last chance before cancelling the purchase they are not willing to complete, nor to give relevant info about. Don't buy there, find your wooden puzzle elsewhere.

Ho comprato 3 puzzle, perché c’era uno sconto, avevo il tracking per seguire la spedizione, dicono che hanno consegnato più di 15 giorni fa, gli ho scritto e mi hanno detto che c’era un problema e che mi avrebbero dato un altro numero di tracking, ma dopo una settimana ancora nulla. Ho chiesto il rimborso e non mi hanno più risposto!

Eine Mauschelfirma! Seit Wochen warte ich auf einen Artikel und werde nur hingehalten. Würde es gehen, gäbe ich 0 Punkte!

I already bought 2 medium sized puzzle 1 fox and 1 lynx. I loved it expecially that the pieces are not the same so it's easier than you average puzzle.

But I did finish the first one in 3 hours (fox) and the other one in 2,5 hours.

I have ordered a bigger lion head the website says you would need 6 hours well we will see about that.

All in all I love them I'm gonna order a dragon and and unicorn later...

In my opinion unidragon is better than other similar puzzle companies because of the vivid colours.

I have ordered several times from Unidragon and have not had an issue, until now. I placed an order on July 3, order #63736. I have never received a shipping notice, no notice from the company about a delay, and no response from the company after I have sent them 3 emails. It looks like they respond to customers who complain here, so thought I would see if I can get a response before I try to get my money back through my credit card company. It is a shame as I think they have an excellent product, but if you need any customer service from them it is non-existant.

If you by someone reason didn’t finish your purchase (for me it was lack of payment method I prefer) - you’ll get spammed with reminders to finish. BY SMS!!! 4 in 2 hours! Please unidragon, text messages are for more important things than your intrusive attention. Blocked the number, never coming back to that website

Ik had de puzzel ‘Planet Earth’ in king size besteld. De levering liep enige vertraging op maar daar werd ik goed over geïnformeerd. De puzzelstukjes zijn stevig en netjes ‘uitgesneden’. De kleuren van deze puzzel zijn schitterend en heel helder. Tijdens het in elkaar leggen van de puzzel ontdekte ik dat er enkele puntjes van de bovenlaag (de kleur) weg waren. Dit heb ik gemeld aan Unidragon. Binnen een week hadden ze het probleem opgelost. Hele goede service!

Placed my order on May 18th, give or take a day or two in the hopes to have it by the end of the month as a gift. I never received a confirmation email though my card was charged. Thankfully I kept the page open of the confirmation so I at least had that to fall back on. After weeks without a shipping confirmation from them or anything at all aside from a promotional ad email. I kept checking the provided DHL tracking information from the site that was provided and it would just say that it was waiting for my package, up until about 2 weeks ago that same tracking number came back saying that it's invalid. I got ahold of them and they just apologized (Cool) and said they'd resend it and that it was lost (reading other reviews this seems to be their go to response...), I asked if they'd give me a tracking number for the new order and they said they would. Waited until today after hearing nothing at all to just cancel my order, because after waiting a month past my order date, what's the point in the gift now? Now I've asked for a refund and they told they could send it in a week because they had pre-orders, whatever that means. Failing to send the order once and then telling me to wait even longer sounds like great business practice. I declined and just requested a refund so I'll see what that does for me. But I feel like I've been given the run around like many other people on here. Almost seems like they just hope you forget about the order so they can take your money and not actually give you anything. Very displeased with this whole process. I've seen some unprofessional companies but this one takes the cake. Talking about totally incompetent and a total lack of respect for their customers. Just seems like they don't care.
