Good puzzles, bad customer service and shipping, not serius

My order of November 27th 2021 took more than a month to arrive, while their website sais 5-8 days. The customer service is not really present (mail not always answered) and give approximative information, so that I could not understand if my order would ever come! They always answered me by live chat taking time and telling me they would have shipped my order within 5 days, but actually this took a month.
However, they are not scammers: my order arrived (really late) and in my opinion their puzzle are qualitative and wonderful!

Pakke ikke kommet frem ingen svar fra kundeservice

Jeg har bestilt et puslespil den 6 december som julegave. Der stod på hjemmesiden at der var forventet 4-5 dages levering og den er endnu ikke dukket op. Jeg har fået bestilling bekræftelse men ikke modtaget mail om forsendelse og de svarer ikke min emails. Telf på hjemmesiden virker ikke

Wartezeiten ohne ersichtlichen Grund und miserablem Service

Leider bin ich wohl nicht allein. Bestellung am 12.11 aufgegeben und ich warte noch immer. Der Service antwortet nicht.
Geld wurde sofort bezahlt mit Paypal.

Die Produkte waren die ganze Zeit weiterhin auf Lager aber es wird nicht ausgeliefert. Nur immer neue Werbung gemacht und Bestellungen nicht abgearbeitet.

Ich bin echt enttäuscht und hab nun Paypal eingeschaltet!

I will go out of my way to write a review, even though I never do so.

This bloody site has spammed my phone with 6 texts now in 30 minutes. I never completed a purchase and only filled in my phone number to see how long shipping would take.

I will never ever buy from a company that operates by spamming their customers.

Please don’t be a scam…I still have hope

I loved the idea of these gifts but reading the reviews is really uncomfortable. I just prefer three puzzles and mounting for each one. I did not receive an confirmation email, no receipt, no way of contacting. I really hope it is not a scam. I am choosing to be positive, be patient, and hope that for the holidays the gifts I purchased for the kids will arrive complete and on time. Please don’t be thieves! It’s such a beautiful product. Please get back to me with a confirmation and/or tracking number .

Lange Wartezeit, kein Costumer Service

Die Puzzles sind super schön, aber leider gibts enorme Abzüge für Lieferzeiten und den nicht vorhandenen costumer support. Man bekommt keine Benachrichtigung, wenn Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten werden können. Auf Emails/Nachfragen wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Habe die Puzzle für Weihnachtsgeschenke bereits im
November bestellt und bisher keine Benachrichtigung zum Versand erhalten. Das wars dann wohl mit den Geschenken. Bezahlt hab ich auch direkt im November. Dafür leider 3 Sterne Abzug, ansonsten wären es 5.

I want to add to my previous review.
Three weeks are passed and nothing was shipped.
They replied here something about pre-order, but I was carefully reading descriptions and nothing was there about preorder and longer delivery times. So this is not true.
Even now there is nothing about pre-order of my item - it is in stock according to their site.

They are not replying in emails, not replying in chat -this is only one place where I can get a response.
For three weeks I've got 3 replies on my messages. Why I"m paying money and can't get a response in timely manner?

Still waiting....

I ordered 16 days ago, despite the claim of 3-5 days shipping. No response to email. Live chat takes 6+hrs for a response. No tracking number has been sent. The lack of information and communication is extremely disappointing.

Seems like SCAM!

Seems like SCAM!
Its been 14 days and they havent even send anything.

They answer once in while and after trying via 4 ways (email, facebook, instagram, chat from the site).

The last email was a fake track number, and (for the second time) a message that they are sorry for the late.

Ridiculous!

Beautiful puzzles, Customer service could be better

In short: Unidragon is legitimate (be careful to order from the original website!). The puzzles are very beautiful and unique - the only wooden puzzles of such good quality that I have found so far. The customer service could benefit from some improvement - the people who answer you are always polite; however, the customer service representatives are either not well informed about shipment and delivery times, or they just try to calm you down by telling you that your order will arrive within a short time frame when it is not even sent yet.

Recommendation to customers: Order from Unidragon at least 1-2 months in advance in non-holiday periods, and at least 2-3 months in advance in periods when you would expect high demand (e.g., Christmas) so that you're sure you'll get everything on time. The next time I order a puzzle from them I will give another update if the delivery time has become shorter or if at least the website gives accurate information about it.

My experience: I ordered 4 puzzles on Nov 30 (order #81010) worth over 140 euros. I received my order on December 30, a week and a half after I asked for a refund because I wanted to give these puzzles as presents and I realised this was not going to happen anymore. I contacted them several times in the meantime and was assured I would receive the puzzles before the holidays which did not happen. One puzzle came with a missing piece and I was asked to send a picture; however, that was not possible because the puzzle was intended as a gift and I had counted the pieces but not completed the puzzle. Unidragon DID send me a replacement and I am grateful for that because I understand why their policy is to require a picture usually so I appreciate they compensated me in this way for the long wait.

I would recommend Unidragon to work on expectations management - it's OKAY that shipping takes a month, especially in periods of high demand - I would still have ordered if I knew that. But I would have ordered earlier. It is NOT okay that you state shipping will take "4-6 days", then promise the puzzles will come before the holidays multiple times, then ship the order after the holidays. And even in situations like that - better inform the customer how much time the shipment will actually take so that they don't have to wonder whether you are scammers.

Servizio clienti inesistente! Due settimane di attesa, intanto i soldi li hanno presi

Ho effettuato un ordine il 26 novembre (con l'intenzione di regalarlo a Natale) scegliendo l'opzione di spedizione 6-7 giorni. Il pagamento è andato a buon fine, ma ad oggi l'ordine risulta ancora "Unfulfilled".

Qualche giorno fa ho cercato di contattarli per risolvere il problema usando il modulo nella pagina "Contact Us" del sito, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.

Ora sto tentando tramite la live chat sul sito web, sono in attesa da più di un'ora e non risponde nessuno!

Soldi buttati via.

Waiting 14 days without any information

I placed a large order worth €170,- on the 26th of November (#77041). Got an order confirmation and thought all would be well. After a week I hadn't heard anything from Unidragon so I sent them an e-mail to ask for an update on my order and whether I could receive any tracking info. Waited for a reply but got nothing so today I sent a new e-mail saying I would ask for a chargeback on my credit card if they don't respond. It's been 14 days with no information while their website says it should take 3-8 days to ship to EU countries. Looks like a scam to me. Let's hope it's not but seeing all the reviews here makes me regret placing this large order at Unidragon.

Update: ultimately, I did receive an e-mail and after a very, very, long, long, long wait I finally received the puzzles. I must say they are absolutely beautiful and very elaborate. I just started with the mandala puzzle and am baffled by the intricacy and can't wait to see how the puzzle turns out. So, the product was worth the wait, the costumer service was horrendous. Something to take into consideration when ordering from their website.

Puzzle besteld op 30 november, maar krijg geen antwoord op mijn vragen per email wanneer hij wordt geleverd. Nog steeds niets ontvangen, ook geen track and trace code, enkel ordernr bij bestelling.
Uiteindelijk toch een antwoord gekregen. Is op 19 december verstuurd. Vandaag 23 december de puzzle ontvangen. Ziet er prachtig uit. Even snel de stukjes bekeken en daarna snel ingepakt en onder de Kerstboom gelegd. Bedankt dat het nog voor de Feestdagen geleverd is

Abysmal Customer Service

Update: On the same day (12/19), I received two messages from Unidragon. The first was an email that read: “Hello, some puzzles was ended, when you made order, we are really sorr, we will try to send it before Christmas.” The second message I received was a formal looking shipping confirmation. I couldn’t not get an estimated date until today, the 22 of Dec. The estimated delivery date is December 28, far, far too late. The delivery problems were that the order wasn’t shipped out by Unidragon in a timely manner, and their use of what appears to be a combination of DHL and maybe USPS, the tracking says it was transferred to a delivery service provider.

I responded to Unidragon asking for clarification on their email about puzzles being “ended.” They responded the next day (quite quickly for them, which was a nice change). The email read, “We are real company, we can send your order, but some puzzles are out of stock now, we will deliver it in the time. And provide free S puzzle as compensation for inconvinience.” I have no idea what puzzles are in the shipment that is currently severely late, but en route. It’s a nice offer for them to send me an extra puzzle, but I won’t believe that until I actually get it... along with my order. This was a truly regrettable large purchase. I have no idea what I am going to do for Christmas gifts. I will update this review if/when I receive anything. If I actually get the free puzzle eventually, I will raise my star rating a bit.

I placed an order on Nov 29 directly from their secure website. I received a confirmation the day of the order that said to watch for the shipping notification, and a notification that I earned “Unidragon points” on December 3. By December 6, I had not received a shipping confirmation. I then, emailed, chatted through their system, sent a dm to their fb page, and replied under their marketing on fb all to no response from them at all. Crickets. I need to know if this is going to make it on time, or if it will make it at all.
They warn of scams, then run their business like a scam.

Late delivery, horrible customer care

Placed an order or November 28, website states "Domestic EU Shipping - from 3-8 days without custom fee". The order still appears as unfulfilled, and therefore not sent yet, after 10 days.

Customer care works very badly, had to send 3 mails to receive an answer on the lines of "we have a lot of orders, sorry for being late". No estimation on when it will be sent. I will be happy to change this review if I will be able to receive the item before travelling for Christmas, but I seriously doubt it.

EDIT: After being told the order was cancelled and i would receive a refund, the order STILL APPEARS active in the website. As usual, customer care is not helpful (they read messeges in FB messenger but do not answer, chat is simply not responsive)

Undelivered birthday present :(

I bought a puzzle one week ago, they don't respond to emails, phone calls, support chat masseges.
They promiesed 3-8 day shipping and my wife's birthday is coming very soon. I'm screwed. I regretted it. I'm thankful if I even get my money back...

Edit: My order is on the way so I change my rating from 1 star to 3, but the communication and the shipping time leaves a lot to be desired.

Customer service response is lame

Ordered without checking the company reviews than came here and saw all the negative ones and paniced a little because their customer service response is lame, wrote them 2 mails, contacted them through chat and every time they answered after a day or two and with ambiguos information. But in the end everyrhing was ok and i am very satisfied with the quality and look of the product. Would recommend it.

Beware of these scammers!

Scammers! Contacted them through their site to ask if we were eligible for a corporate discount; no reply. Chatbot: no reply. The phone number on the site is not in use.

Between ordering and paying the prices suddenly went up!

The kingsize puzzles were on sale for 37,95 euro and suddenly cost 47,95. When I checked the main website I saw that all prices had suddenly gone up. (I have a screen shot of the old prices versus the new)
