This is one of the most unique and challenging puzzles i have done in a long time. Beautifully crafted and amazing quality. I recommend these to anyone who loves puzzles.

I have bought 6 of the king size puzzles. Fox, lynx, fish, lion, butterfly and wolf. All have been absolutely beautiful. The puzzles are well made and the pieces fit together. I have purchased a different brand and won't make that mistake again. The pieces didn't fit snugly in the less expensive copy cats. I have never had a missing piece but feel confident if I did it would be sent promptly. All the puzzles arrived in a timely manner and I was provided tracking information straight away. I am absolutely thrilled with these puzzles. I highly recommend them.

This is an extremely challenging puzzle! I recommend it for the true puzzle lovers - it's beautiful, for kids up to 10 years old it is impossible to make it

These puzzles are terrific!!! Wooden jigsaw pieces are very durable. I love the new box too. They are colorful and challenging. We solve them then they make great gifts. One suggestion... the wood pieces tend to slide around on the table. We have started solving the on a smal towel whis is a big help but not ideal. You should offer some type of cloth or pad as an option for your customers. Keep coming up with new designs as we are running out of options to purchase.

I bought my product for Christmas 2020 and during shipping the product got water damaged, I emailed the helpdesk and they were slow to get back me but were helpful. The company sent me a replacement of the puzzle in a larger size than I had originally bought and it arrived in perfect condition.

Even with the originally damaged puzzle it is clear that it is a really good quality item. I would consider them to be quite reputable.

Wow, I don't know about all the bad reviews. The puzzles are available in three sizes, and I needed small for my Dad's tiny senior apartment. The small size was perfect for him, as were the vibrant colors. The puzzles came (USA) within days. These are very high quality puzzles. I did the fish, lion, and owl each in less than an hour. I have ordered from some companies advertising the same puzzles for half the price. They were knock-offs and of much lower quality. The knock-offs took ten times as long to work because the pieces moved whenever I breathed, I had to use a tacky board to hold them in place. Not so with the Unidragon puzzles, they went together perfectly. These are great for people who love jigsaw puzzles but don't have a lot of space. I will be buying as many as I can afford.

After I read all the bad reviews on delivery problems I still decided to risk it (Spain order). I ordered the smallest one and it did arrive fast and without problems to Spain! Looks like Brexit doesn’t affect the delivery that of 2021. But I do trust the company must have had some logic problems at the beginning. My puzzle 🧩 was very small (size S) but it was amazingly adorable and unique!!!👍🏻 The box is like a little wooden jewel itself ! The pieces are wooden and laser-cut in different shapes which makes it very challenging and interesting. I ordered it for my daughter but i would rather rate it as an “adult” puzzle for the difficulty level. If I knew it would arrive so fast and would be so pretty I would have ordered a big one . Definitely recommended as a present 🎁 for puzzle lovers (like myself)

I love love love my puzzle💜 I did order one a while back but needed to do a refund do to an emergency and I didn't have any problems, but when i finally got another chance to get one it was great! Took a little longer than expected but when it came i fell in love. I love the box it came in and am so excited to put it together.

I purchased 2 medium size puzzles and when they came one box was damaged. I emailed the company from the information that came with the puzzle and explained it was to be a gift and I didn't know if the puzzle itself was damaged. I sent photos and the company sent me a new puzzle to give as a gift. I am more than satisfied with their quickness and customer service in my case. Debbie King

Levering had beetje vertraging (binnen de elf dagen leek me ook optimistisch gezien de Coronapakjesdrukte begin december) maar met een paar dagen vertraging geleverd.

Ook een tweede bestelling is begin januari zonder problemen aangekomen.

Het product zelf is telkens aangekomen in perfecte staat en is niet goedkoop, maar mooi en netjes uitgevoerd.

When I first ordered the product there were several issues with the postage as it was not a UK-based company. After a few months waiting for the package that never came they made a partial refund (we lost money on the exchange rate). They recently contacted me as they have now opened a UK branch and they were able to provide me with a Puzzle.

I have updated this review (originally 1 star) as I have now received and tested the product and it is of a very high quality standard. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and now that they have resolved the main issue, which was the inability to provide the product to UK buyers, I believe they deserve a higher score given the product is of a very good standard and they cared enough about me as a customer to make amendments for their previous failures.

I will very likely buy more puzzles, as I really like the one I received. The product alone deserves a 5* rating, but I decided to mark 4* as I can’t completely disregard it took a long time to fix the issue. But as a new buyer in the UK I believe you should be fine!

Overall, my experience was positive. I ordered a puzzle from Unidragon, however only after that did I check TrustPilot and saw various issues with regards to delivery to the UK. So I got in contact to ask about a tracking number and they said there were currently delays going to the UK. As this was to be a gift I chose to cancel my order, and they provided a full refund within a day. I can't attest to product quality, but my interaction with them has been very good. It would have saved some time if it had said on the website itself regarding delays to the UK though

Ordered a puzzle with a mounting system back in October 2020. One month later I sent an email asking where my order was, since I hadn't received a tracking code. After a bit back and forth they refunded me for the mounting system, but the puzzle was "stuck in customs".

Be vary of all the positive reviews of the company, as they informed me on December 1 and December 23, that they still couldn't deliver any puzzles to Europe.

Last time I heard from them was December 23. I'm still waiting for my full refund.

Zeer tevreden! Houten puzzel Kameleon Kingsize (A3-formaat) besteld bij Unidragon, via Amazon.
Besteld op 28 december, bezorgd op 8 januari. Heel blij mee! De puzzel ziet er prachtig uit, wordt geleverd in een mooi houten doosje, is compleet, en de stukjes passen mooi.
De figuurtjes zijn prachtig en passend bij het thema kameleon. Erg gaaf bedacht dat je binnen de puzzel weer andere figuren maakt, zoals een mini-versie van de puzzel en een eiland met palmboom en parasol.
Prijzig, maar de kwaliteit is daar ook naar.
