Unable to walk around the shop
Unable to walk around the shop, had to be served on a 1-1 basis near the till. My child is trans, this meant for an unpleasant experience of having to ask for another gender blazer as the person serving us made an assumption.
Children are then made to try clothes on next to the till, this includes pe kits etc. this would not be expected of adults.
The whole experience was, frustrating, unpleasant and unnecessarily lengthy. I only wanted a blazer, I could have got it myself in a few minutes but had to wait half an hour to be served.

Excellent service
Excellent service! The staff is so lovely and very helpful. I really had a fantastic experience buying my daughter’s uniform for the first time! The service we received from the staff named Ceyda was incredible !!

A great service
A great service, easy to order, quick delivery. They also noticed I had made a duplicate order by mistake. They contacted me & checked if that’s what I wanted. They refunded me without question. I cannot fault them.

Easy to order also handy is it shows…
Easy to order also handy is it shows how to measure up and size the uniform needed. Price is not exhorbitant.
The website easy to use and delivery of items was quicker than I expected.
The quality and finish of the items ordered in all aspects is nothing less than first class.
I will be using Uniforms Direct Again. I would recommend them to others who need a good quality uniform.

Slowest till service ever!
Products are great and everything I needed in stock. Getting the items is no problem but paying for them is another story. Over 30 minutes waiting in Mitcham just to exchange items at the till because people working behind the till cannot do it only one member of staff!!!
