Please avoid this firm, they are useless at best. I really can’t think of a single good thing to say about them. It’s taken 3 years to get a compensation payout, despite the other party admitting liability.
They sometimes respond to emails after a few weeks wait, but they usually don’t reply. They are rude on the phone, they give out incorrect information, and really don’t know what they are doing.
I wish I’d looked for some reviews before I decided to go with them.
Avoid!

Professional fast excellent communication thank you

I have used union Line solicitors on two occasions now. Once for my Divorce and this time for my claim. They handled them both professionally and I was more than happy with the outcome.
I would definitely recommend using them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future if ever I needed to.

I had a really positive experience with Unionline throughout my claim. The communication was great from beginning to end, and everything was explained in a way that was simple and easy for me to understand.

I mainly dealt with Holly and Abbie, who were both really helpful and made the whole process feel straightforward. I felt well represented and supported throughout, and I always knew what was happening with my claim.

Overall, I’m really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Unionline.

Absolutely useless, took my case of industrial injury, as soon as my employer denied liability Unionline dropped the case.
I didn’t expect my employer to admit liability, I thought proving my case was what Unionline were supposed to do.
Total waste of my time and emotions.

Last year was made redundant. My Union rep said it was discriminatory. Unionline refused to take it, and my Union rep got a new job. Found help, addressed the flaws and added contractual and senior company awareness to the case. Then whent back to the Union, with a request that Unionline review it. They made me wait 10 days until the original reviewer was available, and he didn't even bother. The core of his second rejection was a whole element that had been removed. Beyond usless and incompetent,

Uhionline and jordam hammlett provided a first class service kept me up to date with everything that was going on cant praise jordon highly enough the job he done was first class would recommend there services to anyone

I used union line to update the wills that we had (not done by union line). I must say that myself and my wife were very pleased with the service we received. Olivia Graham and other members of the team did a very good job in assisting us to get the best wills to suit our circumstances and the process was completed in good time and the cost was certainly at least half the price of using high street Solicitors. I was a retired union member of GMB. Have no issues in recommending them for the issuing of wills

They represented me in a claim against NHS. Only received half my award, they messed everything up. Complained, they do nothing, so have to now use ombudsman. This company is absolutely useless and defend themselves when complaints made. No resolution offered, just pass the buck or blame the client. Solicitors changing hands all the time, so no continuity, so mistakes are made. No correspondence had to always chase, promised phone calls never happen. How this company represents NHS staff is beyond me. UNION LINE not worth the membership fee

Awful service, no communication unless I made contact. Clearly on side of Royal Mail, wish I had gone to a proper solicitor, dreadful and shouldn’t be in business, believe what they want to and don’t listen, worse than dreadful
