Do not send your child here for football development. Darren is completely incompetent in every aspect. Threaten to remove my son from a match just because a parked on a grass verge( council owned). I also sponsored the unity team for £1000 and that’s the thanks Darren gives me. Any issues and Darren did nothing to resolve it.

He has no customer relations at all.
Please learn from this as these are CHILDREN.

Our son has been to one training session and really enjoyed himself. There are so many more opportunities than the for profit clubs locally.

My son loved playing with others who are more in line with his skills and challenged him.

My son attended a trial session and did enjoy it for most of the time. However as a parent having attended a number of different football training sessions due to having 3 sons I didn’t really rate the coaching.
There were 3 coaches with his group and none of them seem to want to be there. There was very little encouragement or praise for the kids when the children tried out their activities and games. They tried really hard to follow instructions. I would say most it , if not all the interactions from the 3 coaches in particular the main one, Tom, was complaining about what the kids were not doing. At one point he went off to another group of kids and left his group.
The kids are all around the age of 7/8!
The session was for 1.5 hours which is a long time for kids to concentrate.
I was however impressed when an older chap joined the group for the last 5 min of the session and really encouraged the kids, praised them and really cheered them on. More of this during the whole session would have gone a long way I think. I won’t be returning to that session.

Really good coaching, organised and fun. My son loves it and Darren really good at keeping you in the loop on plans.

Amazing set up with a truly positive vibe at all sessions. The coaches work really hard to get the best out of the kids and support them in every way possible. We highly recommend Unity.

They made the evening great for the children.

Friendly club. Son enjoys playing most of the time. We don't always get match details, so we can't always reply for attending each event. Unreliable players on the team seem to be letting the rest of the team down.

Highly recommend, Brilliant set up, all the coaches were very welcoming and professional. My son came home very happy and wanted to go back. 5* from us 🌟

My son has gained so much confidence and skills joining unity and I can't thank the coaches enough for this. Someone who eats and sleeps football to be recognised and noticed, applauded and praised has genuinely made him a stronger player. Thank you

Excellent sessions, friendly staff team who make the session fun whilst teaching the children the techniques.

My son really enjoyed it. Extra hour for pick up at the end really helps working parents too.

We have tried our son at a few football clubs/sessions but this is by far the best yet , Darren and all the lads at Bromsgrove are fantastic with the kids they keep the coach to kid ratio small and even pull kids aside when needed for a little extra one 2 one when needed !
Fantastic experience for my lad who cannot wait until next week 100 % will recommend

Fantastic club , my son is new to football they encourage him and guide him and have a lot of patience. Everyone is made to feel extremely welcome , he really enjoys attending training and futsal .
