Enjoy this gym is convenient, however prices rising to £40 a month is extremely steep for services provided, no classes such as spin or yoga, or separate space for this to be organised, classes are in the middle of gym which puts me off, also no water fountain!!!! these things are provided at other gyms in area for cheaper price, including swim and sauna in some cases too!!

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit EVO Fitness. Nach meinem Probetraining wurden weiterhin Mitgliedsbeiträge von meinem Konto abgebucht, obwohl ich nicht beabsichtigt hatte, die Mitgliedschaft fortzusetzen. Mehrfache und monatelange Versuche, das Problem mit dem Kundenservice zu klären, blieben erfolglos. Meine Kündigung und die Bitte um Rückerstattung wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Die Kommunikation war unzureichend, und ich fühle mich als Kunde nicht ernst genommen. Ich kann EVO Fitness daher nicht empfehlen.

I joined Evolve Fitness on the 01/01/2024 with a friend. I was worried about going on my own. Well i shouldn't have as I can honestly say its one of my best decisions I have made. I love love bootcamp. Every session is different so its never boring and my goodness can you feel it the next day. 😁. Jo is a fantastic coach supportive and encouraging. You work at your own pace. There really is 0 judgement everyone is so nice and friendly. I go to every session I can. I can see the results and I cant recommend highly enough.

Excellent. Just what the doctor ordered. Actually, in my case, it was just what the consultant ordered :D Anyway, the sessions are really well organised, are challenging (but in a supportive way), and are just about perfect for what they are. Highly recommended (if this is such a thing that you are looking for!)

Jo has been absolutely amazing at supporting me through my weight loss journey in order to increase my health and confidence. Sessions are always fun and engaging whilst challenging and pushing your limits. Jo obviously has a real commitment to helping others achieve goals and she celebrates every win and fully supports any crazy ideas!
Every bootcamp is different and so whilst you never know what you'll be doing, you do know it'll be lots of fun and you'll feel amazing at the end.
Evolve certainly has a commitment to zero judgement x

Iv been a member of Jo’s bootcamp sessions for over a year now and have had some great one to one sessions too.
Having already developed a healthier lifestyle to loose weight and gain some confidence I was ready to up my game. That’s how I found Jo and Evolve fitness. I was so nervous initially having always exercised at home but Jo and the rest of the bootcampers really made me feel welcome. Since joining Jo has helped me to work on my strength, technique, and confidence to try every challenge she sets. No question is silly or judged. Jo has time for everyone even in busy sessions and guides us on areas we need to develop.
Evolve has become a huge part of my life, i love the variety that Jo packs in to each session and not knowing what’s coming next especially in the rain!

I’m no stranger to PT but in the last 2 years I’d lost my work life balance. Jo has been central to be rediscovering my love of exercise and self-improvement. Jo makes each session engaging and challenging. Thank you for helping me find my va va voom!

I joined Jo's bootcamp sessions in May 2022 and I haven't looked back. I was overweight, suffering from osteoarthritis pain in my knees and had been diagnosed as being pre diabetic. With Jo's help her bootcamp sessions and nutritional advice has helped me turn my life around. Being someone who hated exercise I was very nervous about attending my first session. I had seen a post on the local wellness Facebook page for Evolve Fitness Bootcamp sessions and after reading Jo's story I thought it would be the ideal thing for me to try. The sessions are a challenge and really get my heart pumping but afterwards I feel great. I really love being part of the Evolve fitness community and have met lots of lovely people in my time at the bootcamp sessions. Over a year later I have lost 10Kg, lowered my blood sugars and my knee pain is a thing of the past. Thanks to Jo, I am a fitter and stronger person. I thoroughly recommend Jo's bootcamp sessions where you can go to have fun and not be judged by others.

Jo has reinvigorated my love of weightlifting and supported me to rebuild my strength in a thoughtful and results-driven way. She is empathic, warm and optimistic and the most organised and forward-planning PT I have ever had (and I’m in my 50s and I’ve had a few!). She also trains my older teenage daughter and I’m so impressed with how Jo is teaching and supporting her to enjoy exercise. Thanks, Jo!

I will always remember my 1st taster session like yesterday, I didn’t know what I was going into, I think I went along thinking oh I do this in the gym, I left and was like this women is going to take me to the next level and get to place I want to be in my fitness journey. So what did I do? Of course I signed up and have never looked back and never been or felt so excited to go back to class, I had looked into so many different PT, bootcamp, local ones. I spoke with someone who attended JO, checked out the page and went along and knew at that moment I made the right choice who was going to be part of my journey to get where I need to be, being on a weight loss journey, I need the fitness level, I have attended boot camps and now Jo new overload and honestly it’s a whole different level, the groups are created for anyone of any abilities, age, fitness. Jo makes everyone feel welcome and will go above and beyond for anyone of her clients, northing is ever a problem for. The vibe of every class never changes, Jo has a great personality and is amazing at what she does, Jo journey is also one that inspires so many. If your looking for someone to help, build up your confidence, know how to use gym equipment and know how do fitness and the importance of this and make you feel like you have achieved every time you attend a session then Jo is your lady.

A chance conversation with a good friend led me to Evolve Fitness and a year later I haven’t looked back. The thought of running around a field on a cold, wet winter night might have filled me with dread, but I don’t feel cold or mind being wet while at bootcamp because I’m loving it! Jo is fantastic - the sessions are all so different and anybody can access. Jo knows her group so well and is always able to suggest an alternative exercise if necessary. There is obviously a lot of work ‘behind the scenes’ to ensure we all get as much from the session as possible. The group are fantastic - friendly and supportive - and there are almost as many laughs as grunts and groans from us all! There are all ages and all abilities; being one of the older members of the groups I can honestly say that I feel completely comfortable.

I have now started PT sessions with Jo (1:1). There is flexibility to sign up for four , eight or more sessions. Jo sets up my programme and supports me throughout.

Jo is always able to give a recommendation for a book or a podcast or is available to give some extra support where needed. She has set up a great community and I’m really glad that I’m a part of it.

I’ve been working with Jo as my PT since Easter (plus I do some boot camps when I can fit them in) and I can’t rate her highly enough. When I started with Jo I was so unfit, weak and my body ached all the time - something needed to change. She has worked with me at my pace building my confidence, strength and stamina. My new approach to fitness feels sustainable and I feel so much better about myself and my body.

If you’re looking for an exercise group that is friendly and supportive with a PT that considers everyones needs then Evolve is the one.
I’ve been a member for 18months and highly recommend the group, I joined as I was needing to loose weight and wanted to hit my 50s feeling healthier and fitter.
Very anxious to start but was warmly welcomed by Jo and the whole team, I have been to other large boot camps but as this was a smaller more personal group I immediately felt supported and was offered plenty of variations of exercises due to an old knee injury (which is now much better as exercise has helped).
Each session is different, which is needed when some weeks I attended 4 a week (usually 3). All members are very supportive and encouraging and we do laugh a lot - no doubt it’s hard work but very rewarding and you leave feeling exhausted yet exhilarated and proud of hittng targets you once thought impossible. I have not only lost weight but am much stronger and look forward to every session.
As a personal trainer Jo is relatable and really does understand how hard it is to get motivated to loose weigh and reach goals, she is very approachable and always willing to offer advice and tips.
