I have made several attempts to contact this company via e mail and phone. Try and phone them? Your never get a person answer it. Only an answer phone, of which they wont get back!! I have requested them to email me a returns slip, (not difficult) but with no Avail.
You need lots of patience, mine is running very thin!!
I bought an MGP scooter for my grandson last year and the handlebar bracket failed. I emailed Rawk on the off chance expecting to be told it was just one of those things but Rebecca on Customer Services was so helpful, she restored my faith in human nature! I sent her some photos of the broken part and although out of warranty, she sent me a replacement piece immediately because "they like their customers to be happy". All sorted and part received within 48 hours. Thank you Rawk and Rebecca, I shall definately use you again. JB Worthing
This is my third time using rawk (ordered skateboards/scooters), the site layout and ordering process was clear and easy to use, delivery of the items ordered was quick and the quality was great! The site appears to offer a great diverse range of high quality brands and products, definately will order again.
