The team is a pleasure to deal with. When something is not working all it takes is an email and when humanly possible it’s fixed the same day. Furthermore they are one of the few dns providers that works with South African apps such as DSTV as well as Showmax. Kudus to the team.

Keen user of the DNS service

Issues are rare
Extremely rare to have an issue and even if I do they respond in a flash and sort the issue with little to no down time.

I have been using unlocator since 2017…
I have been using unlocator since 2017 and the reason for still using it is that it is a very good vpn and their support is second to none. I have recently contacted their support because I had an issue with the geoblocking of some channels, and they responded swiftly and solved the problem. Thumbs up.

Det er godt nok en skuffende oplevelse
Det er godt nok en skuffende oplevelse, Fals. Havde forventet bedre. Meget bedre.
Virker ikke på mit Sony Bravia Android TV. Stopper forbindelsen fuldstændig. Support er elendig.
Har desuden prøvet et hav af opsætninger på min desktop PC for at få det til at fungere med DR TV, men det virker ikke. Som i, slet ikke. Dansk biks, men nej, du kan ikke se dansk TV. Alle andre (ikke-danske) VPN'er fungerer fint.
Betalte desværre for 2 år forud...

Dårlig service 🙄
Har forgæves forsøgt at opsige mit abonnement, men kan ikke logge på pga gammel mailadresse. Er I øvrigt trukket for abonnementet 2 gange med få dages mellemrum. Mailhenvendelser bliver besvaret på engelsk og er i øvrigt ubrugelige. Savner kompetent tlf service.

Many years of uninterrupted service
Been an Unlocator customer for many years now. Not once have I had an issue with them (oops, hope I haven’t spoken too soon :). Having said that, I’ve just renewed for another two years and I highly recommend you do too.
