Excellent and very helpful customer service.

I’ve been using Unlocator for years now and I’m very satisfied with the product and mostly the customer service and technical team. Anytime there were issues, as there always are with any of these type of services, Unlocator always addressed them in a very fast and efficient manner. I’m very happy with the service mostly compared to other services I’ve used prior to finding this one. Highly recommend!

I've used Unlocator DNS & VPN service for many years and it has travelled with me throughout EMEA and SE-Asia. Media companies continue to evolve their systems so there are occasional hiccups, but they are resolved, sooner or later, by the Support Team. I have no hesitation in recommending Unlocator for very good service value. Tip: As with any service, read the setup instructions carefully.

I've been an Unlocator subscriber for years. When I moved to a smaller town I found my favorite baseball team's games blacked out, despite being in the proper geography where local broadcast SHOULD be available. Enter Unlocator. Other local fans of my team are jealous that I have access when they don't. I've also added their VPN service and use it religiously anytime I'm working with personal / sensitive information. Great service, and very easy to setup and use. Highly recommended.

This is the only vpn app that actually works for all of my needs. I had an issue with my account and the customer service was excellent and they fixed the problem and gave me two extra months as compensation.

Amazing response to a problem.

I joined the Unlocator platform for use while in Ecuador. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it to work and decided to cancel my subscription. I'm not entirely certain why it wouldn't work. In dealing with the folks at Unlocator, I found them to be timely and very helpful in their responses.

I plan to give it another try when I return to Canada.

Too many VPN service in the market, but nothing compare the Unlocator superb customer service . 1000%% recommend

Program works well but BEWARE of the upgrade button. I just wanted to check the pricing (even from that page you had no choice but to click on a plan). ONE click and you are subscribed, whether you are ready or not, no confirmation etc. I'm out of pocket by money I couldn't afford to lose this month.

Always receive timely and exemplary customer service from Unlocator. Highly recommended.

The Support Services is absolute unreliable. They take their time in replying to your issue. But most of all, they arrange times for a VPN session and then do a no-show. They don't react. Absolutely horrendous services.

Reported an issue with a couple of channels during the weekend and it was resolved first thing Monday morning.

Update: The company gave me a full refund, they told me they had a 30 day money back guarantee and they honored that. Thank you Unlocator!
So I am happy with the company’s refund, but the product did not work well for me.

Sorry…this is not a positive review…first, I was charged $131.00 when it was supposed to be a 7 day free trial..
Then I am trying to watch some programs and it will step and I will get an error message, I try to restart it, but then I get a “retry” message..and if it comes back in, it is in mute…so I need to stand there to get it unmuted, so I miss a lot of the program..it’s all chopped up…
I need to cancel.
