Sublime!

Fast service! Zero hiccups! Beautiful black box with lots of perfectly wrapped black tissue paper. And a lovely card from he main man! Doesn’t actually matter if it’s a copy it’s the thought! I was blown away before I even felt like Cinderella!
A lovely Glasgow boy has produced, designed and manufactured an amazing brand! Outstanding if I could give 10 stars I would! Trainers are different league too just incase you were wondering

An absolutely solid

An absolutely solid, well made and designed pair of trainers, you can dress smart or casual with them, I will definitely be using these guys again for my next pair. You pay for what you get and what I got was a quality pair of sneaks, I’d never heard of unseen footwear before but came across them online and I’m very glad I did. The footwear I bough was exactly as described I bought a size down, I’m normally a 7 but bought a 6 as recommended and they fit really good. Delivery was quick as well so I will be and would also recommend using unseen footwear definitely 5 stars.

You must be joking!!!!

You must be joking!!!!
You accepted and confirmed my order.
You hv taken my money from my credit card - u didn't even ship my goods (FedEx confirmed this to me) - I send you 2 messages - No answer!!! - tried to call you - no answer!!!
I am starting to think this is all a FRAUD!

Hello Mark,

Sorry they you feel the service wasn't good enough.

You sent us "2 messages" which we received and replied to when we opened the next business day, please note we are closed Saturday / Sunday as stated on the our website and contact forms.

As stated in our emails, the order was sent out within 24 business hours of the order being placed, via our FedEx international tracked service, unfortunately once the order was collected by FedEx here in Jersey they failed to scan the item into the system which delayed the order at the processing hub in the UK, the below is a response from our FedEx representative which was sent to you at the time.

"This has definitely gone, FedEx might say that it hasn’t as they cant see it in their system but I can see on the manifest that we receive from FedEx directly that it was sent. FedEx have been having some system issues recently so this is probably the cause of this but I will chase to see if they could try to clear up where the item is."

Sadly if FedEx failed to scan the order when stated there is little we can do, we shipped your order on time and with the service stated, we communicated within the times stated in our contact forms and tried to help as much as possible.

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery! 4th sneaker to order but fist to arrive. Great!

Nice sneaker. Very comfortable and fits true to size.

Trainers were great

Trainers were great
Delivery was not so great, ordered on the Wed, meant to be next day Delivery but never got them till the Monday. This However was Due to FedEx

Thanks Chris, sorry there was a delay receiving your order... we are based in Jersey (Channel Islands) ... the weather can play havoc with deliveries sometimes.

Brilliant customer service. Gave a very prompt response to a query I had. Trainers are also very good quality - will not be my last purchase.

bad procedure

I had ordered the shoes at Black Friday and a did waiting for long time ago. Yesterday I did check the mailbox and they canceled my oder. I never get some mail or phone that somebody bring the item I ordered to my address. I’m so angry about the way they did.

Your order was flagged as possible fraud, which is why the order was not shipped straight away.

We tried a number of times to contact you with the details you gave but was unsuccessful in getting through, Subsequently the order was cancelled as fraudulent.

When you got in touch with us we explained the situation and a new order was made and shipped.

Sorry you feel the procedure is bad, its our policy to check all orders that are marked as possible fraud for the security of ourselves and the cardholders.
