Very high quality shoes and boots, and the customer service is outstanding. After 3 years, a zip in a boot broke, and Untamed Street offered to fix it at a very reasonable cost. The boots came back with new zips and done up as good as new. Very pleased.

I just received my third pair of Untamed, and as usual it was perfectly packaged, the fit matched the previous two pair, the quality and uniqueness was evident immediately and an extra pair of laces was nicely included. This company has it figured out. Customer service, style, design and just the right amount of communication. Oh yes, and the price point is spot on and I feel absolutely delivers incredible value.

I purchased two pairs of shoes from Untamed Street and, honestly, they were far from comfortable for everyday walking. After my experience, I decided to return my second purchase, but I was told that 10% of the purchase price would be withheld and only 90% refunded. This was very disappointing and left a bad impression. As a genuine customer, I strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before placing an order.

I was really happy to have found this brand as the designs and materials seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.
The price is on the high side, but for the decent quality advertised (and mentionned in numerous reviews) I was willing to spend it.
Unfortunately, after just two months of everyday use the sole of my Bolton lace-up boots has begun to come off in two different places on the right foot.
This is disapointing, and also frustrating as it happened past the 30 day deadline for returns concerning defective products.
It pains me to leave this negative review as I really loved my new shoes, but for this price tag I expect to get at least one maybe two years out of them before encountering this kind of isssue.

I first ordered a pair of Cole sneakers that turned out to not be what I wanted anyway. So, I started the return process and exchanged them for a pair of SOHO high-top sneaker. The whole process went super smooth, and Abbi was very helpful.

The SOHOs are by far the nicest sneakers I have ever worn. I have now had them for a month and they just keep getting better and better. They look and feel amazing. They are incredible easy to get into using just one of the two zippers on each. When they were brand new I could sometimes hear the leather creaking as new leather should, which to me just screams high quality. Pretty sure these will last several years and be worth every penny spent.

I purchased the Rowley coal-black folded lace-up boots. They're excellent, superior quality, comfortable, and sturdy from the first step. Professional customer service provided invaluable guidance throughout the purchase process.

I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived the next day. The shoes looked as handsome and stylish as in the pictures, but I had ordered size 40, my standard fitting, and the shoes just looked too large on me. I emailed the company to explain this, and Abbi responded almost immediately suggesting that I try size 39, which are mostly the same fit but a little bit shorter. The replacement shoes were dispatched before I had even returned the first pair (which was very easy, and free). The smaller size looks great, and the shoes fit me perfectly - they've needed no breaking in.

I connected with UNTAMED STREET'S brand name and design philosophy and placed two separate orders...York and Keats. Both arrived in LA from Berlin in two days with UK reps Abbi and Gemma supporting me. York I bought for dress. Keats for the street. If you like their designs, feel the leathers and slip your feet into the footbeds. I could walk 15 miles in either pair the way they're crafted. Without question, 5 stars.

I just bought my 8th pair of Untamed Street shoes. That should tell you how good the shoes are. They just ooze quality; from the look, to the smell, to the feel. But the best part is how welcoming their customer care team is. Any questions or concern I have, immediate responses and fixes. Shoe too big? Free return with home pick-up. On that note, you should probably size 1 step down from your normal shoe. I'm a 43.5 and 44 is significantly too big. 43 is comfortable and not tight.

Without a doubt these are the best boots I’ve ever worn so well made and they’ll look even better with age, also great customer service from Abby

I have too many Untamed street shoes to mention so safe to say this company is my favourite shoe maker. A fantastic variation of styles but without question no variation of quality as it’s always perfect. If on the very rare occasion I needed to contact them Abbi has been excellent in staying in touch and to give the advice you may need.
Strongly recommended this company for something quality, stylish with a twist that sets you apart from the norm.

I bought a pair of these beautiful boots for my husband's birthday a few years ago. They got covered in what we think was leaky contact lense fluid on a flight and it bleached the dye out of the leather. We were absolutely gutted! I contacted 'Untamed Street' to ask if they could recommend a leather dye so we could try and undo the damage. They told me I could send the boots back to them for free assessment and repair. All I had to pay was the cost of getting them to Italy. We got them back this week.. the process took about two weeks altogether. Abbi in customer service was wonderful! I am beyond thrilled. They look like new boots! Brilliant company, highly recommended!!

Beautiful boots, well crafted, they smell and feel amazing, and might just be the most comfortable pair of boots I ever owned. Even though I never wear heels. I am completely in love with them. Pricey, but so worth it. I got NASH urban-black veiled chelsea boots.

Prachtige ambachtelijk gemaakte schoenen. Topkwaliteit, de liefde van het maken het straalt ervan af. Oog voor detail, Alleen al hoe ze verpakt zijn, dat je niet bij in Nederland gemaakte schoenen.daarbij is de klantenservice( dank je wel Abbi, voor je hulp) fenomenaal en uiterst snel en betrouwbaar!) een echte aanrader.
