I ordered a pair of boots from Untamed Street, which were described as artisan and premium. They were also costly at £350. The boots arrived quickly, but the sizing was completely inaccurate. Although I ordered a UK size eleven using their European size guide, I could not even get my foot into the boot. When I checked Google, their conversion chart did not match widely accepted sizing information.

I contacted the company to request an exchange and had to explain multiple times why I needed a different size. In the end, I had to go up two full European sizes. I also had to chase them to send the replacement pair. When the second pair finally arrived, they were still tight and did not feel like the correct size.

The quality did not match the price. There were areas of raw leather that had not been coloured and overall the boots did not look or feel like premium footwear. When I asked for a refund, I again had to follow up repeatedly, which added unnecessary frustration.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a positive review. The sizing, quality, and customer service all fell far short of expectations, especially given the price paid. I would not purchase from them again.

Untamed Street's footwear and customer service are exceptional. I purchased two pairs of boots - the York laceless and York military boots. I was a bit wary of the sizing as I've always varied in size with footwear, depending on the brand. The sizing proved tricky with these, and I wasn't sure what size to go for. Abbi was simply fantastic - she was so patient and kind and nothing seemed too much bother. Suffice to say I've got two fantastic pairs of boots, in no small part due to Abbi's advice and assistance. Other businesses should take note. It's service likes this that makes so much difference amd makes for a loyal customer base. I shall be purchasing more Untamed Street footwear soon. This company deserves all the praise and accolades it receives. First class!

Just received my first 2 pairs, WOW ..have many shoes from well known brands but nothing compares to Untamed Street unmatched craftsmanship quality and style this another level, you can see the care and effort that goes into producing this shoes, thank very much and also the costumer service is superb

I bought a pair of Sloane chocolate lace up buckle boots and simply love the stylish and urban design of these boots.
The quality of the leather is superior and the craftsmanship exquisite.
I didn't find them as large as descibed, so it took two exchages to find the perfect size.
But the customer service is outstanding, actually the best I ever experienced. Thank you Abbi!
And the fact that you ship with DHL (the fastest shipping company) and have two free exchanges are outstanding as well.
These boots are so comfortable to wear and if I follow the maintenance advice I think they'll be great for years.
I'm definately going to buy more from Untamed Street!

OMG such a great service .. what a company these guys are,
They not only sell the best and most comfortable footwear but their customer service and after is unparalleled and they are a pleasure to deal with.
I’ve been buying their stuff for years and they are just so friendly and happy to accommodate on anything, some of the trainer shoes I’ve had I’ve had for years and I had an issue with a zip on the boat and they just asked to post it in and they fixed it within days and then had also asked for my other trainer to match the waxing and cleaning and buffing they did and they sent both back looking brand new, free of charge.
That how good they are and how good their product is..

I discovered Untamed Street 3 years ago through an Instagram ad and was immediately struck by the elegant design of their shoes. After my initial orders, I fell in love with the craftmanship, comfort and unique style of every pair. Today, a dozen purchases in my Untamed Street experience, I was once again amazed by their incredible customer service, when I sent back one of my first pairs for recrafting (no charge) and it was returned to me as if it was a completely new pair of shoes. I honestly would not be able to say that it is the same pair I have worn for years. Admittedly, Untamed Street shoes are on the pricey side, but when you put them on, you realize they are worth every cent spent on them.

I’m now on my fifth pair from Untamed Boots – tree pairs of shoes, one pair of chukkas and one pair of boots – and I keep coming back, both for the quality and the truly exceptional customer service.

Untamed goes out of their way to help, even when it comes to details like finding boots in a color that’s not even listed on their website. I’ve also experienced how willingly they assist with getting new soles fitted on well-worn shoes.

I use my footwear a lot, and they go through quite a bit – especially in the Nordic climate with rain, snow, and salted streets – but the quality holds up impressively well, and the service is always friendly, fast, and personal.

I bought from UNTAMED STREET for the first time the other day and I have to say that the quality of the sneakers I received is fantastic! I also received the sneakers the next day after ordering them and you can't get better than that! Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about this brand and this company. Not only have they carved a totally unique place in footwear which includes creating the PERFECT Chelsea boot (a monumental accomplishment in a world with thousands of Chelsea boot designs), but their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They did something so "above and beyond" that they have my loyalty for as long as they continue to create amazing designs.

Very happy with my sneakers leather shoe fantastic quality, then bought the high sneakers can not fault the items, they are comfortable really smart looking when you wear such shoes make you feel comfortable a pair of shoes in this quality can’t top it.

I've been looking for good boots for YEARS. Happened across this website as part of a deep dive. Really liked the style.

Ordered a pair, but they were a bit too big. Customer service was friendly, personable and the return was easy.

I placed another order for a different size and they fit really well, they're excellent quality.

Having had some bad experiences with companies like Thursday, this was a really positive experience, and I want to give props.

Untamed Street has a great collection, not your everyday mains stream articles. The quality is great!
I ordered a size 38 which was unfortunately too small. Thanks to the wonderful communication (thank you Abbi!!!) I returned the shoes and received my new pair in the blink of an eye. Not too be sniffed at since I reside in Belgium :-)

I guess we are all kinda nervous of buying from an internet vendor with no bricks and mortar premises which advertises via social media. I was, however Abbi and the team at UNTAMED STREET alleviated all my concerns. The product is top class as is the customer service. If you are hesitating about buying from UNTAMED STREET don't. The shoes/boots are as good as they look and if there is any issue it is resolved immediately. Thanks Abbi!

We ordered a pair which was not fit (but still great quality, the size was just not right).
We were contacted by Abbi who helped with the exchange which we were happy to take. The second pair arrived the following day. They send us the shoes before the first pair were returned and checked which shown trust both ways.
The second pair was perfrect.

Quality and comfort is great for the price. Frankly, I love the Derby shoes. Customer service is top notch and always responds promptly. Highly recommend.

I ordered my first pair of Untamed shoes. I live in the USA, and they were sent from the UK, yet they arrived in less than a week after placing the order. When I tried them on, they turned out to be too big. I followed the exchange procedure and spoke with their associate, Marco, on the phone. They dispatched a smaller pair of shoes right away, without waiting for the return of the original pair. Wow, now that is great service. The second pair fits like a glove. I ordered the Hayes in cognac. Beautiful shoes, superb craftsmanship, and a very unique, distinct design. I already have the next pair from Untamed on my wishlist.
