We have ordered a TomTom SIM card for our Scenic , the item didn't arrived and they don't reply to emails .

Fantastic service and product. Delivery was slightly delayed and I received a response to my query immediately. SD card arrived next day (delay was Post Office related, not company) and worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

I wanted to update my maps on my 2017 Vauxhall Crossland X, I emailed the question on a Sunday… and got an unexpected response that same day! Just a couple of questions that made sure that I purchased the correct firmware and mapping software update!
I ordered the updates, installed them with the provided instructions, and now, within a few days after that first Sunday email, I drive with up-to-date maps, and firmware updates for the vehicle.
In short, unbelievable customer service from Les, unbelievable ease of ordering, unbelievable product quality. It was easy to give updateyourmaps 5 stars.

I wanted a map update for my Skoda that worked. They sent me one within 48 hours and it worked without any problem. I could not have asked for more. Email responses were pretty much immediate and answered my questions.

I had trepidations about ordering the maps for my Skoda but how wrong I was. When it arrived all I had to do was just insert the new card and it worked straight away so I recommend this product and the price is good

Very professional company. I’ve been stuck and basically given up on my sat nav bought car last year card was missing tried purchasing replacements from other companies for seat mib 1. All too no luck contacted seat for card and plug in by their technician was quoted £380 and they said the radio would have to be coded to new card and was not possible I contacted update your maps and straight away £35 jobs done I’m very happy thank you again

The updated map was received quickly. When inserted in car it worked first time. A little expensive but did the job.
