Dear Rikard, we deeply apologise for this! What happened was that your order contained 3m-long tracks, which required special truck transport. Unfortunately, the shipping company has lost the package. There is an active investigation by the shipping company and we are waiting for them to locate the package – regrettably this is out of our control. We hope for the quickest solution of this extraordinary situation!
