Friendly, fast and professional! Allways looking for the best of the customer, highly recommended. Fast shipping also, only few days to Finland even with bigger packages.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry for goods taking longer than expected. We buy from multiple stock holders across Europe – making available full parts lists from all manufacturers. When we lack speed, we hope to make up for this with product selection and service.

The process was good. Ropes delivered with good quality of the splicing, and frontdesk had a very kind attitude when I called to inquire for further info.

Excellent knowledge and service
Had a very good experience with Phil based in Valencia- without being solicited he researched our rig through his industry contacts to ensure correct decisions were made which not only improved the rig but saved money in the long run as well. Friendly and knowledgeable service, parts delivered on time and as ordered.
