Excellent Handling of the whole Purchase Process
I ordered 2 Antal Nonwelded Padeyes with Upffront.
Despite the current situation due to the Covid19 pandemic and the resulting delays in the worldwide supply chains, Upffront handled the whole purchase process in a very professional and excellent way.
In every stage of the process I was informed by them in due time about delays by the supplier and estimated delivery times. Especially Aleena Selestine was extremely helpful. The ordered items arrived a few days ago in perfect condition.
Also their customer support and IT department was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a problem with logging in to my user account at Upffront.
I am very happy to do business with them again in the future.

New Furler old boat.
For my Jeanneau 21 I wanted to retrofit an (additional) furler for the new light wind sails.
Upffront gave very good advice, nice contact, fast and good processing of the order. Highly recommended.

Assistance in Finding a Rare-sized Piece of Hardware
I was seeking a rare-sized set of turnbuckles for the port and starboard staysail stays on my Ta Shing Baba 35, and was happy to discover help from Upffront. Lauren and Aleena could not have been more helpful. And their help continues as we try to identify the exact measurements of the hardware.

Excellent as always
Excellent as always! When I didn't found the item I was looking for I asked for in the chat and got an immediate respons "the item is in stock but not visible on the shop but I will fix that now". I got a mail shortly after that interaction with a link to my order and it was also a link for the online payment. Within 48 hours I could pick it up at the delivery center near my home adress (in another country that Germany).
I'll be back ;)
