I was pleased with the bike which was promptly delivered. However the bike was poorly packed and there was a minor cosmetic mark on it. The box was ripped in several places and internal packing was minimal. This was disappointing given I had just spent almost £2k on a bike! There was also no follow up email or text to see if I was happy with it. A case of we have your money and we are not interested in you is what it feels like.

Fantastic shop to buy from, great customer service, fantastic communication and super fast shipping. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Looking for a Merida Endurance bike at the right price and Uprise were the place to go . Good website and good service provided. Bike set up and delivered in 2 days. Very good courier who kept me updated throughout. Would recommend Uprise for this service.

Very good service and quick delivery, competitive prices.
Also received points which convert to £ to spend.
Only negative is I didn't receive a power cable with the battery charger. I contacted the company, they apologised and sent me a power cable Promptly.

Steve went out of his way to get the bike delivered to me ahead of my holiday in France. The result was a fantastic fortnight of cycling on a superb bike. Packaging and support were excellent. All in all a superb service and would recommend to anyone

Couldn’t have had a better experience from the uprise team. Nathan couldn’t have been more helpful. Everyone I spoke to at any point of my bike order was kind, friendly and helpful. Why can’t all bike shops be like uprise!

Uprise were the only place stocking the new bike I wanted. The price was attractive, and it was dispatched and with me in a couple of days!

Came with clear instructions on final setup and some handy additions like a multi-tool and drawstring bag.

I would highly recommend, and definitely use Uprise again!

I am really pleased with both the product and service from uprise bikes. The bike arrived partially assembled as described on their site. The instructions for the minimal bike assembly were clear and concise. The link to the YouTube video helped. I was nervous about ordering a bike online but would highly recommend.

I am sorry to leave a negative review but other consumers should be aware that uprise will not take back padded shorts or tights if they don't fit, so you are taking a financial risk if you order. I recommend ordering these elsewhere as other retailers don't have an issue with this. Other than that the service has been good, with fast delivery, and responsive web chat.

My new bike is amazing 🤩🤩🤩.. it arrived as specified and by a very friendly driver. My partner picked this bike for me and it’s my first electric one. He told me Cannondale are really good quality. He wasn’t wrong ! It arrived really well packaged and my partner easily fitted the pedals , changed the handlebars round after removing it from the box and adjusted the seat to my height. The bike itself is so sturdy and feels really safe. I’ve only been on it once so far but it is the best treat to myself. It was half price as-well so that’s a bonus! All in all, a perfect bike, brilliant company and good communication. It also has a waterproof back pack and a nylon pack with extra dynamo lights to attach. All the booklets required , should they be needed were included. I absolutely love my new bike 🥰.
