Bought exhaust system in 2021. I was sold as stainless steel. It isn't. It has badly rusted.

Horrible company!
I paid for a powder coates stainless muffler with 3 inch tips. They sent me a spray painted muffler (runs all over it) and no tips. This muffler tail pipes terminate 6 inches before the rear bumper which is very dangerous. The item is also defective and fitment is horrible! They will not honor their warranty either.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE UNDER UPSW AUTO PARTS, COLT EXHAUST AND CUTTER INDUSTRIES. THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM. THEY ALWAYS WANT YOU TO EMAIL THEM. THEY ARENT BBB ACCREDITED, MORE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. I ORDERED AN EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR MY 2012 NISSAN SENTRA. I NEEDED THEM TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS FROM MY MECHANIC TO MY ADDRESS BECAUSE MY MECHANIC HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN AND WOULD NOT BE THERE TO SIGN FOR IT. I SPOKE TO TWO REPRESENTATIVES AND A MANAGER NAMED THERESA. THEY WILL YELL, OVER TALK YOU AND EVEN HANG UP LIKE THERESA DID TWICE. I SPOKE TO 3 FEDEX REPRESENTATIVES AND THEY STATED UPSW WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS SINCE THEY ARE THE SENDER. UPSW REPRESENTATIVE LIED ABOUT CALLING FEDEX. I TOLD THERESA WHEN I CALLED BACK TODAY THAT I DONT WANT THE PART AND HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK AND THAT I HAVE THE FEDEX TRACKING. SHE BEGIN TALKING UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUD. I ADVISED HER THERE WILL BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN IF THIS WILL NOT BE RESOLVED. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!! SHE STATED THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. ITS BEST TO PAY A LITTLE MORE THAN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY.

The muffler is shorter and a LOT narrower than the part it replaces. As a result I was unable to use the hanger on one side. As I’ve read from others, a bunch of parts that look like they “might fit” do not work on my car. Run from this place.

Sub standard parts for a slightly lower price. Ordered a new exhaust system from these guys and every single piece is smaller than factory, smaller pipes, smaller resonators, nothing up to spec or interchangeable with factory parts.

on 08/29/22 I bought from UPSW Auto Parts so called 2011 "Subaru Forester X 2.5L Stainless Steel Resonator Muffler Exhaust System Kit", order # U-21548.
While working on my car's brakes recently, I found all parts badly rusty (for being made of stainless steel). Sent pictures and a complaint to customer service. and there is a response I got back:

Thank you for your email and sorry for the inconvenience.
All steel can be rusted, it's normal.
This part is still under warranty. The warranty only covers If the part has a hole, rattling noise, etc and we can provide a REPLACEMENT.

Rust is not covered under the warranty.

I've been in the manufacturing business for 40 years and know for sure the difference between carbon and stainless steels.

I bought a full muffler system for a 2008 Toyota Yaris. I carefully selected make and model, etc.. but the part that goes to the manifold doesn't fit my car. The box it came in was in pretty rough shape and there were dents in the catalytic converter as well as muffler. I don't usually was write bad reviews but this one seemed worthy. I have not even reached out to their customer service yet because what I've read online seems like a nightmare. Also trying to put this dented system back in this large tattered box seems almost impossible. I fortunately know someone who can customize these parts to fit. Buyer beware for a stressful event.

You better hope you get the correct parts delivered. If not, they expect you to pay for shipping to return them. And good luck with that process. They act ignorant to your problem and will drag out the return process until you give up. Once they have your money they could care less about you. Also, what you receive is not what they advertise. I received totally different aftermarket pipes. One of them was damaged as arrived. I re-ordered the exhaust from a different company because they would not refund my money unless I pay the $90+ to ship it back. Save your time, money and stay away from this company!

I order the exhaust pipe and muffler for my 99 Saturn and was very satisfied. Stainless steel muffler and pipe was very well made. I ordered the whole exhaust system for my 05 Chevy Impala a few days ago but hasn't shipped yet. It does say could take an extra 2 to 3 days due to covid-19. I am hoping they ship it today because I really need it by Monday. I have an appointment with a shop to put it in. It's supposed to be all stainless steel and I was real pleased with the other one I bought so I'm hoping the same for this order

I called on Tuesday morning to ask how long it would take to receive a 99 Honda CRV exhaust kit. I was told if I ordered before noon, it would ship out that same day, and I would get it Thursday, Friday at the latest. Because of this, I place my order instead of picking one up in town.

I place my order, then I call back the order support and ensure that it is going to be sent out that Tuesday. I'm told 'yep! there is a note here that says to make sure it gets out today!'

Come Thursday, I am asking for the tracking info, and they tell me they just shipped it out that morning, the day they initially said I'd receive it.

Bought a resonator and pipe for 2010 Subaru Forester fit was better than expected easy and simple couldn't be a better system

Canceled order with-in minutes of ordering at site provided. Was totally ignored and product was delivered.

Nice product, good quality, and everything fit well. One of the pipe clamps though was the wrong size.

The exhaust system arrived within a week of order. The box looked OK, but there were a couple ends of pipes that were bent during shipping that required some work to get them to fit together. The exhaust system was made by Walker; I don't know if I would have got a better deal or shipping if I went directly with them. The price was reasonable and the parts seem to be of good quality and accurate fit.

Everything worked great. 1 wrong gasket other than that im very satisfied!
