The most pathetic service.Placed an order 2 months back and I'm yet to recieve it.The brand is a complete scam and absolutely unreliable.Their customer service execs can only apologise and keep giving false assurances,donot expect anything beyond that!!!

One star because for writing the review you need to give one otherwise they don’t even deserve that. No delivery after 20+ days of ordering, no update whatsoever, no replies to any of my queries, no customer service number is authentic. Please don’t order from this brand. You will waste your money and energy. Only response you will get from them is sorry for the inconvenience we will get back to you as soon as possible and your complaint will come to square one after every query.

I haven’t liked the fabric , fit and also the videos in Instagram are too misguiding. Definitely not a worth purchase at all. Disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Very very poor service… i had ordered 15days back and yet there is no update on the order… its not yet shipped. And they dnt even revert back to inform about the delivery date

Return policy with credits in store and not refunding back money.
Cotton quality is very bad and looks more like cheap fabric

The cloth quality and the sizing is a huge issue. Very disappointing. Only the design is good.

Your order will be delayed indefinitely, and you will receive no updates, just empty apologies. I purchased a top nearly two months ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. It says on their website that the products will be delivered within 3-8 business days, and this is apparently untrue.

Terrible service, will never shop again on their website.

Honestly sizes are way too big and are not as per chart..material quality is not good at all..I bought two shirts at 1900..when I returned one shirt due to size issue then you guys gave me a coupon of 950 now that single shirt is costing around 1400..ethically uptownie should get the size changed..this seems to be cheating...for my full review kindly make a call on 9868372919 ..I returned the shirt I think last month but till now I have not used my return coupon as I don't like anything now from uptownie

Return process did not happen. I was not contacted by the logistics partner and kept complaining both to Shiprocket and Uptownie to no avail. Then I was told by Uptownie customer support that return window was closed. I explained the situation that no one has contacted me and the logistics partner was wrongly updating the status. They did not care. You did not care and now I am left with a product I won't wear. Terrible experience

What they should have done was understood the situation and opened up the return window again. It would have costed them nothing to reschedule the return. Now it's cost them a customer and everyone that I have told about this experience. Customers are to be kept with care not rule books.

Loved the tops that I recently brought from Uptownie. The quality is very soft and comfortable.

It’s been more than 40 days that my order hasn’t been shipped.. they delete instagram comments of people who are asking about their product . They don’t reply .. number given on website doesn’t exist .. such a bad experience

15+ days and still no order. Zero updates, zero accountability. Your customer service is nonexistent, your delivery is a joke, and honestly the whole experience feels like a scam. If you can’t handle orders, stop taking them. This is beyond disappointing. (As you mention uptownie i have mentioned my order numebr her & also i have msg on this number lets see how fast its been done now. my order (Order ID: 685281),

I placed an order (Order ID: 683064), which I later returned as the size was not okay. The amount paid was converted into store credit, and I was informed that a coupon/discount code would be shared with me via email.

However, I have not received the code to date.

I have attempted to contact your support team through calls and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Calls remain unanswered, and messages have not been addressed.

I understand that processing may take some time, but I request you to at least initiate the process or provide an update regarding the status.

This experience has been quite disappointing in terms of customer support. I request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
