Had a few issues, but Upway ensured I was 100% satisfied... I appreciated their dedication to their customer's satisfaction and promising to continue to improving... Mistakes were made that were costly to Upway, some employees need to do better, but I have faith that Upway will improve ... I will still recommend Upway to others and NO I do not discuss issues that Upway and I worked through together... Overall I am pleased with my purchase and interaction with Upway.... Likes that the bike came well boxed, didn’t like that the bike came dirty, really dirty, still had dry mud from whoever rode bike last, I’m a mechanic and components were some were dry or really dirty, not a happy costumer for what the Ebike is selling for $$$. And no o don’t need your updates or send me any junck emails, first and last f me..

product was exactally as expected.
battery appears to be "like new" or unused with no apparent loss due to age/storage time.

This is the second bike I've purchased from Upway. Shipping is fast and secure, assembly was a breeze. Both bikes look like new. You can't beat the price savings and the great service.

I was hesitant at first, but after calling them and speaking to someone local, I felt comfortable and bought a bike I've been wanting for a long time. The purchase process was easy. I had originally set up it for delivery then realized they were not that far, because I didn't want to wait lol, I called and they switched to pick up and had it ready when I arrived. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The bike looked better in person and I'm very happy. The only thing, not a big deal, was the shifting could have been adjusted a little better, but that's an easy fix. And if I have any issues, there's a one year warranty and I can take it to my preferred bike shop. Overall, very happy with my experience.

They are absolutely amazing and most importantly I was able to be connected to Christopher who is INSANELY knowledgeable and made LITERALLY the most PERFECT recommendation to me after taking the time to listen to what my needs were.
