Upway answered pre-purchase questions relatively quickly.
Delivery through Federal Express was terrible bc their updates on status were virtually non existent.
Upway technical support for set up was helpful and generally very good. I did ask one question about operation, however, that I later had to research Giant bike resources for the complete answer.

The folks at Upway know bicycles! That’s so important given that we’re talking about high dollar investment here. They were supremely helpful and responsive at every step of the way on my purchase of a bike and a sale of a bike. They quickly ironed out details and issues that came up along the way and were friendly and approachable. I really can’t say enough about the team!

Easy to use search filters that can help you narrow down your perfect bike even for your height. Answers and responds to your questions. Bike comes packed beautifully and easy to put together instructions. Doesn't offer all trade-ins models via their drop down. Overall super satisfied.

Honest company with good products

The bicycle I purchased from Upway was a Velotric Breeze 1. I was considering buying this bike directly from Velotric, but Upway had the same bicycle $550 cheaper. The bike was new and had never been ridden. There were a couple scratches on the bike, but the advertisement on Upway showed the scratches. Upway was honest and very good to deal with. The bike was well packaged and delivered as promised. I would recommend Upway to anyone who is looking for a good deal on a E-bike.

Prompt shipping and well packaged to protect the bike. It did take about double the set up time than the 15 minutes stated and it helps to have two people to complete it, otherwise pretty straightforward.

Bike was packaged extremely well, but sold as new yet came with old worn pedals. Strange.

The transaction was painless. I had the bike delivered to my local bike shop for a build. They were impressed with the way the bike was CAREFULLY packed for transport. Everything was as advertised and great!

Fabulous bike at a really good price.

It would have helped if you had either packaged the owner's manual or given me a URL. I really needed the right manual. The Giant bike website was not easy. It had manuals, and even had the manual for my bike, but it wasn't listed on their manual webpage link. I really had to dig to get the right one.

The website is easy to use and the information about each ebike is clear and useful. After ordering two bikes, my husband decided he wanted a different one and Upway was happy to help make the switch before the bikes shipped. We love our e-bikes and will recommend and use Upway again in the future
