I absolutely love my new jacket and wide leg pant set, The style looks fresh, fabric feels amazing. Both pieces are incredibly versatile - I can wear them together for a more polish look or style them separately for more casual. My order arrived quickly and was packaged with care. I've received several compliments and will shop again shortly.

Buyer beware. My order has been stuck on "order confirmed" for two weeks. I have called and sent messages for a status update with no response.

Love my new Urbanheer Pants. It’s my new favorite. I have so many pairs of pants but these wide pants are I always end up wearing. They are flowy, comfortable and so cute. Urbanheer has such an eye to detail and taste, They make me look so polished without trying to hard. Will buy more colors.

Urbanheer has become my favorite one-stop destination for latest styles and luxury collection with Italian and European quality. I recently purchased multiple items including Fall Jacket, Linen Dress and my favorite is the comfort fit crepe pants. The quality stands out, the fabrics, the tailoring and finishing are beautifully done. Each item not only looks good they feel comfortable. The jacket is lightweight, polished and perfect for fall layering. The pants are totally tailor made and unique- beautifully cut and full of personality.
What makes Urbanheer even more special is quality of staff. Highly professional and knowledgeable. The entire experience feels personal, elevated from quality products to amazing service. I absolutely loved my experience and will continue to be a repeat customer!

I placed an order in June, I got a confirmation email with a delivery date and address. I wasn’t told until days after the delivery date that the items I ordered were actually pre ordered and wouldn’t be shipped until mid-end of July. There was nothing on their website stating it was pre order items. It is now almost the end of August and there is no update on my order and customer service doesn’t respond.

I had purchased this blouse while on vacation. I loved it so much I wanted another color. I was able to locate o e on the Urbanheer website. It was less expensive. The ordering was alittle tricky, not all the colors they had available showed up on a search, but it worked out. They kept me updated on the delivery which was great since I was hoping to wear the blouse for an event. I will definitely be ordering more from them.

Urbanheer - Consistently Excellent
This was second purchase from Urbanheer, once again, I was genuinely impressed. I was looking for a few early deal styles and was excited to see new jacket styles that felt really chic. What stands out most is the attention to detail. The fabric quality feels premium, the cuts are flattering and the jacket is thoughtfully made for the season. The quality of jacket is exactly what I hoped for and it looks even better in person. This time I also picked some gifts for my family and they absolutely loved them. All items were shipped ahead on time, making the entire experience delightful. I had couple of questions on sizing and customer service team was very responsive and professional. Urbanheer has become my go-to destination to check what's latest and trending. I am already looking forward to my next order.

Do NOT buy from Urbanheer.

I placed an order on Jul. 1, received a confirmation, and three weeks later, my order still hasn't even shipped. It is now more than a week past the promised delivery date, and the company has completely vanished.

I have repeatedly tried reaching out through both emails and phone calls, only to be met with total radio silence. Taking customers' money and refusing to ship products or answer basic support channels is completely unacceptable.

Save yourself the money, time, and massive headache. SHOP SOMEHWHERE ELSE

Update:
Only after they saw this review, a guy from urbanheer called me and finally decided to send me my package (which they should have a month ago).

Guess what. After another two weeks of waiting, I get the wrong order delivered. I won’t say this twice: NEVER BUY FROM URBANHEER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, SUPER LATE SHIPPING (ONLY AFTER A NEGATIVE REVIEW THEY WILL RESPOND), AND ADMITTED TO HAVE “INTERNAL ISSUES” THAT CAUSE ALL THE DELAYS.

Did I also mention it’s my second time buying from them. They gave me a $20 coupon to make up for the first time they messed up. And wow, did they prove me wrong. An even worse situation/management after they promised this won’t happen again.

Purchased item was not delivered initially, but customer service has been responsive after receiving a complaint.

Not a good experience. Not sure why they have so many good reviews, when they haven’t shipped my order in 2 weeks and haven’t been responding to emails. Also have different emails listed on social media accounts. Almost as if social is more important than customer care. Probably gonna dispute the purchase.

Great shoes, they fit perfectly and very comfortable and look great. I’m still getting a lot of compliments on them.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We selected a dress for an ensemble of 11 dancers and they found the right fit for each dancer. The dancers looked incredible. Can’t recommend them enough!

First time ordering from this retailer. I ordered the wrong size and sent an email shortly thereafter asking if they could switch sizes and they were able to do that without any trouble whatsoever. I always appreciate quality products and great customer service from someone I do business with. I will be a return customer.
