I fell in love with a dress and wished it came in a different color. I contacted Urbanheer Customer Care team and to my surprise, the customer specialist let me know that while it wasn't available in the current season, they could custom-design it for me in just 7-8 days. That level of service is unheard of! I trusted and placed the order. They actually delivered the custom-made dress ahead of schedule - a perfectly tailored dress in my chosen fabric and color. The branded packaging and attention to detail make the overall experience even more special. I've been getting really nice compliments on the dress.
Urbanheer is becoming my little secret, but I believe great work, innovation, genuine customer care, and real values deserve to be recognized. Kudos to team Urbanheer. They have won a customer for lifetime. Highly recommended!!

I just received my latest dress from Urbanheer - a stunning new dress for a wedding. I am so excited to wear it that I decided to share my review. As a repeat customer, I've set a higher bar and this time I felt even more special. The dress is elegant and fit perfectly. The back story is that i called them as I had confusion about size and team was very responsive to suggest me a size. This is a great service combined with great product. To blend nicely with dress I also ordered matching heels and it is a perfect match. Urbanheer is becoming my go to store if I have any special occassion or going on a vacation. Anyone like me who values aesthetics and quality, Urbanheer is worth checking out. I have recommended to my friends and will be checking out there fall collection

Never heard of this company so I did a little online researching and felt ok about the reviews. I ordered and my credit card was charged on July 3, 2025. On July 20 I sent an email because I still have not received anything. No one responded to the email but shortly thereafter I received an email that my items have shipped w/a tracking number. When I look at the order itself it only says that one item shipped, not even sure what happened with the second item??? No explanation, no contact. Then when I look up the tracking information it says only that a label was created. I call today and I'm told that they will contact the carrier and get back to me in a few hours?I'm about to contact my credit card company.

Update: I just got a call from the company and they apologized and said I should have the dress by the end of the week. I will update the rating once it is received.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and the status still says paid and unfulfilled. I have emailed and do get responses but no answers. I really need this dress for a wedding. There are no contact numbers to speak to anyone , I find it frustrating. When I ordered it , shipping said July 15.

The White Dress I always wanted- short, elegant, perfect fit. Just picked it from Urbanheer Studio in Kirkland and its of one my most satisfying purchases this season. The fabric feels soft, comfortable and it beautifully when I walk.
Its kind of outfit that does not needs much, just heels and you're ready. The in-store experience made my overall experience special. I ordered over mobile and scheduled my pickup. Everything was ready, I actually tried it on and decided to keep it on. The team was very polite and welcoming. Its a new gem in Kirkland.
I usually take time to buy and not usually sharing review. But for Urbanheer I wanted to share my experience and review. It didn't felt transactional but actually personal. Will be coming back again soon.

Urbanheer experience is worth sharing. I came across Urbanheer while searching for Summer shorts for my trip and found them instantly online. I actually had an option to buy through Urbanheer App and get some extra discount and schedule my pickup, which I did. As soon as I placed order, I got email confirmation and a call from Urbanheer team. I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived for pick up, everything was ready. This is really outstanding compared to my experience with other big retailers. The reason I am sharing this review is actually because of product quality. The shorts are light, breathable and actually became one of my favorites. Overall, I am very happy sharing my review and experience. The new Urbanheer Studio is located in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Seattle area. The studio experience is blend of luxury and nature. The product quality speaks for itself. Definitely, coming again.

I ordered a hoodie from Urbanheer in March for my granddaughter and paid by PayPal. I realized a couple of months later that I never received it. When I asked about it I received a couple of vague emails. I opened a case on PayPal. Urbanheer sent a tracking number to me and PayPal saying it had been delivered in June. When I went to my local post office they said it had been delivered to another address and they had a picture of a tiny package which was not big enough to be a hoodie. I think they called it fraudulent postage and they get four or five a day. PayPal closed the case because it looked like the hoodie was delivered but it was not. I believe I was scammed by Urbanheer so buyer beware.

Before ordering I checked the reviews. Some great and some not so great. Keeping in mind that you cannot please everyone I eventually did order. I was a little hesitant as my order was a little expensive so I had some worry over losing my money. I am glad I ordered! I was already familiar with the Brand name of the clothing I ordered so I knew they were pretty true to size. PART of my order came very quickly and part of it was on back order. I had fantastic communication from Jasmine at Urbaneer throughout and received my entire order once the back order shipped and am really happy.

I was looking since long time for a shop that have good taste and also quality. Is not easy to find both things together, many places only focus in look but the fabric is not look but the fabric is not nice. But with this t-shirt s,and I feel really good. The cotton is soft but strong, and the color is same like the photo, even better. I buy matching t-shirts and I'm really excited to wear with my partner. We try already and it took so cool. Fit is just perfect., not too big and not too tight. Also the package come fast and in good condition. You can feel the people behind this brand care about what they do. For sure I will buy again. Perfect spring finds for my vacation - loved the styles and the team !

Was getting ready for a short vacation and decided to check out their new spring collection - so glad I did! Found some really unique pieces that instantly stood out from the usual stuff you see everywhere. The styles feel fresh, easy to wear, and just the right mix of comfy and chic - perfect for travel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, made the whole experience even better. They gave honest suggestion and were genuinely excited to help me find the right looks. You can tell they care about style and service. Already got compliments on few outfits - definitely coming back for more!

Loved the new in-person studio experience, will be regular customer for sure. I dont usually write reviews but had to for Urbanheer. I ordered online a red dress that I need for my weekend party and glad to see next day pick up option. Honestly, I wasnt aware they have opened a new Studio nearby. I went in to collect my dress, loved the vibe and collection is completely unique. I ended up spending more time and have already looking at buying complementing bag. The quality really shows - feels premium at very reasonable prices. What really made me write this review is the hospitality. Avi and Jasmine are super responsive over messages. In person staff member also offered to help me with sizing and option to exchange if I need to.
Overall just a great mix of Spring collection, quality products and good people. I am definetely coming back for more to enjoy Studio at waterfront. Highly recommended.

I also needed to send a gift , and was pleasantly surprised by the branded packaging and gift wrapping it looked really elegant and made premium. It's those details make a difference.

My valentine dress - a pleasant shopping experience worth sharing. I am a frequent online shopper but there is always a moment of hesitation when you planning for a special moment. This happen to me as I was looking for a dress for my Valentine's day. I was drawn into design of one of the pink dresses but wasnt sure if its gonna fit or the quality of fabric. However, I took the chance and I am glad I did. From the moment I placed the order on Urbanheer new App, the experience was seamless and engaging. The dress arrived ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise, and the quality of fabric was super good. But, I felt it was little tight. I called Urbanheer customer care team and they were super responsive. They immediately approved my replacement and helped me get a size up. The team is quick and very professional. Now, I received my new dress with perfect fit and perfect look for Valentine. I am excited about it. It's rare to find a complete player who has quality products and speed and customer service. Thank you Urbanheer and I am happy to share my experience with friends and here. I will make my next order soon.

Love my new purchase from Urbanheer. I was looking for a comfort wear in green color which is my favorite and was able to find some great options. I like the way they have daily offers and I end up getting a great deal. One of the things which I enjoyed was interacting with customer care team, which was very responsive when I had some questions regarding delivery options. The overall experience was smooth from discovering the item to making the order and getting the tracking information from the App. I will recommend Urbanheer and will be shopping again. One of things which is unique is I was able to find some unique brands which you only find in Europe. This is great and makes me come to Urbanheer almost everyday. Thank you Urbanheer, keep up the good work.

This is a COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered two shirts over a month ago, they charged my credit card and NEVER sent me anything. I contacted them many times asking to simply cancel the order and refund my credit card. The latest BS response is:

"We’re eager to resolve this. Our system is disabled from processing a refund as the chargeback is still open, and the money is now with your bank. If you ask your bank to withdraw it, I’ll process your refund immediately. Let me know how you’d like to proceed."

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!
