I ordered $211.00 worth of clothing on April 14,2024 After trying on the first two outfits I realized they were not made for my shape. I returned the items the next day. I reached out to Urban .scam and informed them of the return as well as included the tracking number.
After going back and forth with them they finally stop communicating . I reported this as fraud to my bank. Since this was made through PayPal they are able to scam and try to get away with it. I have been fighting with them for my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!! It has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund. I will keep you updated,because I will continue to send emails and inform others of this scamming site.

I have ordered an item and after they send me an email with the information that the adress is too long I have never heard back from them again. I have send multiple emails asking for confirmation with no reply so far. I shouldve trusted my gut feeling that this is a frigging scam. Would not recommend to order.

Very bad response time for refunds. Whenever there is a response I’m told by email that they are having manpower issues. They supposedly processed my refund on 6/5 and sent an email confirmation of this. They use a service called PingPong. I’ve checked my bank account and the refund is not there. I will never purchase here again. Lies and Scam!

I made an order with Urban Revivo after seeing the products on Olivia Miller’s instagram. Unfortunately, the products that arrived were terrible quality. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund (which they say they will respond in 1 working day), still no response nearly a week later. Starting to think this is a scam and have reported this transaction to my credit card provider.

I placed an order a couple of days ago, and immediately after placing the order, I realized I had made a mistake with my address. I immediately sent them an email explaining that the address was not correct, and they have yet to reach out to me to correct the issue.

I have ordered items before with no problem but this time I had to return an item. I received instructions on how to return the item which I did. I input the information into their portal as instructed. I checked a week later via USPS and it stated the return was received. I didn't receive any confirmation from Urban Revivo that they received my return, so I emailed them and it took 3 days to get a response. They responded that they couldn't find the return in the system. I sent a timestamp screenshot from USPS for the confirmation of delivery. Then I was asked for another number to confirm the return. If I don't receive a refund this week I'm contacting American Express and reporting fraud. I return your product so now return my money.

I purchase two item and one I wanted to return , contacted customer service send me the return shipping label after one week . I sent the item back has passed one month now , I still don’t have my money back . Followed up with e-mail nobody responds . Phone # does straight in the voice mail..

Do not purchase from them, placed an order(141770) almost a month now and I never got my skirt, I have sent about 6 emails with no return correspondence Horrible customer service.

Please do not buy from this brand directly. I have bought their clothes from ASOS before and I made the mistake of ordering online from them. I sent my return on April 10 and today is May 22 and I still haven't gotten my refund. Although they promise returns, they try to convince you to keep the items when you try to return them. This is such a bad experience and I can't believe that certain influencers would recommend this brand. Stay away!

Horrible customer service!!! I have submitted a return request via their Return Portal. They said they will send me an email with instructions on how to complete my return process within 1 business day. BUT it has been almost 10 days later I never received any email!!!! Even I send an email few days ago but NO ONE reply. OMG!!! Stay away from this horrible company, don't WASTE Your money and time!!!

New update (Jun 2nd, 2024): I finally hearing back from them, and have the return address. I will keep updating if I received my refund or not.

Only sent one of the two items I purchased. Charged me for both and won't return my emails. Horribly company!

Though I ordered up in size the shirt was far too small. I'm usually an 8 and ordered a 12. Multiple attempts to contact them to return have been ignored. Do not buy from this company.

Would give a 0 if I could I ordered something in March it’s May and the items never came and they are not back ordered. I reached out three times no response and they took my money. Its suck because I did like the items I purchased previously however taking my money and no merchandise is bad business for me and no response poor customer service.

waited close to 1 month for my parcel but it did not arrive. they only told me it was defective after i emailed them.
they said they would refund me and that it would take 7-15 business days. it did not arrive within that period.
i have been chasing them since then but they have yet to reply me!!!!!

Placed an order in March - it is May now. Upon contacting customer service they basically said they forgot about it. Now most of my order is being refunded (to a payment method I did not approve) and order still now shipped when they said it would ship within 2 days 3 weeks ago. Awful all around. I contacted customer service again with no response. I am disappointed as I was really excited about their unique apparel and was considering making them a regular staple I come back to for new items.

Customer service is horrible and completely unprofessional. I made a purchase and submitted a return request OVER THREE WEEKS ago. And I have received NO RESPONSE from your customer service. Your live chat doesn't even work. And you offer NO contact number for your customers to even reach you. How can a company in 2024 be so ill-managed and rude to customers who have spent $$ making a purchase?

I simply wanted to return an item I purchased and for three weeks, despite submitting several claims... no one has responded. At this point, I want my money and I will never purchase a product from them - ever again.

My order # is 138574. My expectation with review is an actual response. That's the least you can do.

Placed an order and have not heard any response from this company regarding my order. No tracking or anything. No email reply and they apparently erase IG comments. I am so pissed! Send my order or RETURN MY MONEY OR I WILL REPORT YOUR COMPANY TO THE BBB!

Urban Revivo confirmed to arrange a refund for my order on the 7th of April 2024 but it never happened. They say it may take 7-15 days for the bank to process and for the amount to be credited to your account bank account. It's now 3rd of May 2024. 26 days later and multiple emails requesting to address my refund. I have not heard from them, nor have I receive my money back!!!

Update 8th of May: They have refunded the money after some persistent chasing.

B Tan is professional and good at communication skill, and my issue was fixed in two minutes. plus I love the quality of my dresses.

I agree with Nerissa "TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

My horrible experience started in January. I purchased two sizes of a denim top. Neither top fit, and one was defective as the XXL was smaller than the XL. I returned the tops and received a refund on one of them as they were to send me an XXXL as an exchange. They couldn't even get this right and sent me back an XL. I sent the XL back, which they received on March 19. I am still waiting on my refund and have asked for the status at least 3 times as of the date of this review, with no response. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend this retailer to anyone!
