My first order was sent with a substitute for an item that was out of stock (without checking with me). I had to ask for the original item to be resent which was sent in a packaging marked large but the inside item was xl. This is not the first time this happened.

Customer service is fantastic and responsive. They really care for the LGBTQ+ community. I placed an order for two items. Unfortunately received one of the wrong items in my package. Quickly reached out and got the return and new item in a matter of days! Big kisses to Jerome!

I ordered 4 items, and it took 3 weeks to receive my first shipment. Of the 4 items, 1 was defective and 1 was missing. So only 2 truly arrived. They sent me a new version of the defective one, and said the missing shirt would be sent shortly. That was almost a month ago and I still haven’t received it. I requested a refund, hopefully they will process that refund.
Product delivered promptly and exceeded expectations.
Fit was great! I was hoping to get a black one but currently I didn’t see that color available
