Great Support Team

My experience is actually with Urth/Europe, I'm not sure the customer service is the same.

I talked with Cloie from the Urth Support Team, and she was really nice and helpful. I didn't buy anything because the product I was looking for is currently out of stock, but I appreciated the kindness – it's definitely something that makes the difference. So, thank you.
