Basically refused to cancel one of my orders because of laziness. I ordered the wrong color of filament, then ordered the correct one hoping they will cancel the previous order for me because it wasn’t the color I needed. They told me via email that they couldn’t, when it wasn’t even shipped yet, the shipping was many days later and these bastards basically screwed me because of it. So screw elegoo. Bunch of con artists if anything.

Edit: Nothing y’all can apparently do, and thanks for the automated email due to this review and offering me a coupon of “Zero” dollars XD. Of course I have a support ticket there. You all didn’t do a damn thing when I asked literally within 6 hours of my order (correction). I already got the filament both the incorrect one and the correct one. So after my filament dries out, I’m going to trash my CC and the Resin printer as well that I ordered and move to a different company. I got screwed with the CC1 being that the CC2 came out not even a year later, if anything I wish I could get a refund for all the money I spent on everything I got so far to this date. So I will not be buying anymore products from you anymore.

I recently purchased 30 rolls of Elegoo filament, and unfortunately the shipping and packaging were very disappointing.

Elegoo provided tracking for two packages, each containing 10 rolls in a bulk box. However, an additional 5 rolls were taped directly to the outside of each box with no outer carton or protection. As you might expect, the rolls that were taped to the outside arrived bent and damaged.

Bent filament spools are a real problem if you use an AMS (Automatic Material System). When the spool is warped it does not feed properly, which defeats the purpose of using an AMS printer. While I may still be able to use the damaged rolls on other printers, that isn’t really the point — they should not arrive damaged in the first place.

To be fair, the filament itself prints well and seems to be good quality. I’ve had no issues with print performance so far.

However, I’m honestly surprised Elegoo would ship filament this way. Filament spools need basic packaging protection, especially when shipped in bulk. Proper packaging would prevent this type of damage and ensure the product arrives usable for all printer setups.

I hope Elegoo improves their packaging practices for future orders.

Update 3/18/26: Had a productive email exchange with Elegoo this week. They listened to my feedback and offered a coupon as a gesture of goodwill. I’ll post a follow-up once I place another order to confirm if the packaging issues have been resolved.

The unit itself is well made and for the price paid, good deal. There are a few things that could be improved upon... The bed temp, i'm now told, only reaches 85 degrees ,C, which eliminates ASA filament recommendations of 105. A build plate is not offered for ASA. Responses to questions are minimal in terms of content. Those areas could be improved upon. However , all things considered, the purchase was worthwhile.

Took a long time for elegoo to get this back in stock,. Elegoo wiki offers a lot of good advice, but the web site often does not have the parts or the parts are out of stock. Also, I'm disappointed that my Centuari Carbon broke down after only a few months of light use. Printer is still broken.

I've always loved Elegoo Electronics packages and I love their 3D printers even more.

All was easy, and you had what I need. Only thing I dont see is a bundle for the primary colors, red, green, yellow, blue, and orange.

I’ve been more than pleased with my printer and its software. I think that Elegoo could do better with its directions. Ex. It doesn’t say anywhere that when you replace your hotend or nozzle you have to run your PID process to recalibrate it. Thankfully I just googled that and figured it out after plugging up 3 hotends. Other than that the machine runs great and I have printed out a lot of projects all ready and look for to it printing out my own designs.

After the fiasco with multi color for the CC I swore off Elegoo. They showed their hind parts with that.

BUT, I needed a large bed printer, so I went ahead and got the Neptune 4 Max as my 4 and $ Plus are awesome. Well, it got one print out and took a huge dump. After a few days of trying to get it to not shift, it blobbed and destroyed the print head. NOT something that should be going on on the second print on a brand new printer.

So I told them its well within 14 days, within a week and take it back. They proceeded to argue with me and try to tell me I would have to pay the return shipping and a restock fee. After several exchanges they finally agreed to take the return and pay the shipping.

This absolutely should NOT have been a discussion let alone a full blown argument. Absolutely terrible customer service. I truly will not be buying another printer from these people again.

The boxes were just taped, shipped as is, so all the reel were totally crushed

easy to order and pay, delivery was not as clear as i thought it should be and the tracking info was useless.

Price was affordable. Love your filament. Love your colors. Fast delivery.

Still havent received product. Need a better logistucs plan.

The outside Box was a little messed up but the inside boxes were not harmed. filament is great quality.

Never received order and couldn’t get refund, they said they gave me a refund but I never got my money, not only that but I never even got the printer!

We have used Elegoo Petg rapid for our business for several years and have found it to be excellent. However, the Petg rapid does not support all the colors we need in production, namely pink and purple. Based on a recent project we purchased the Petg pro in these colors and they will just not print. Specs are the same as rapid but results are very poor.

It arrived in a timely manner the products were packaged well enough that nothing was damaged despite arriving upside down. The tracking for the non fedex items were quite barebones and I didn’t realize that it was already delivered. All in all everything arrived quickly and in one piece with nothing wrong with products as of right now.

Great customer service. Very accommodating and fast to reply and solve problems.
