They’re amazing. They just work. I have 7 Centauri Carbons 2 and I will continue to purchase them their great print farm printers. Everything is good about them.

I also bought the orange storm giga. Can’t wait to make huge prints

Great product

I purchased the Neptune 4 max printer
The printer is not a bad printer
But it does require a number of upgrades to make it a reliable printer
The ribbon cable support at the print head is not reliable and can lead to the cable failing
A better cable mount can be printed that rotates the cable 90 degrees and prevents the cable from failing
The print bed springs need to be replaced with silicon spacers to make the print bed stay at a given distance
The display mount only mounts to the right side of the printer
This can be an issue if you don't want it on that side but a new mount can be printed
The filament sensor mounted on top can also be an issue if you don't want the filament reel mounted on top

But other then those issues it is I nice fast printer

I've only tried the filament, but I'm very impressed with the quality and consistency in the filament I have used. I would like to try one of your printers next.

My purchase has been held in Chino for the last week and I've not been given any updates as to why. This has been a horrible experience as this has negatively impacted our project. I've had to purchase other filament from amazon (which showed up the next day) just to keep my project on track all the while the filament i bought from you (Elegoo) is still held up in Chino.

The Elegoo website was easy to navigate to place the order. The initial order was sizable since I bought support materials and product. The order came in several shipments, which was understandable, but became difficult to track when and what was coming. Overall, was a positive experience.

Ordered the Hotend set. The faq said it included the thermistor, it did not. Very disappointing.

The cost of shipping was not clearly exposed and turned out to be as much as the filament. I hate surprises. Will be looking elseware to purchase filament.

Great printer at an affordable price.

Simple transaction, was able to track the purchase all the way through to delivery.

I purchased a Centauri Carbon. EXCELLENT MACHINE! Very easy to setup and use. Great prints from the first try.
After about a dozen prints, the hotend broke! No worries, though. Contacted support and they are shipping a replacement.
When a purchase another printer, it will be an Elegoo!

The delivery person left the box of filmant in the middle of the driveway instead of the front porch. While no damage or theft happened, it was inconvenient to grab the package

I get a lot of filament from them. I get about 1 problemed spool in ten. Bad wind or spool damage. The damage may well be shipping not elegoo. Product works good.

Arrived as promised, Minimal damage to external packaging by shipper. Well packaged, ordered 12 assorted rolls of filament.

The Elegoo website is easy to navigate and the purchase process was smooth. I've used Elegoo filament for a few years now and it always delivers a quality print...plus the price is very reasonable.

I still have not received my entire order.

I like Elegoo filament, but more often than not they are out of stock in the colors I want.

It’s great for it being my first 3D printer I’m in love with it that I might buy another one soon
