Elegoo has been very good at helping me with any problem I have had. The only downside is the long wait to receive parts coming from China.

I purchased a Centauri Carbon 2 and then visited your US online store to purchase additional consumables so that if anything were to happen my printer wouldn't be down for long. I purchased the Elegoo Centauri Hotend All-in-One kit (comes with three nozzles), extra extruder gear, and other parts. My hotend snapped about three weeks ago and I went to swap out the part only to find out that the hotend kit doesn't come with the wires or rubber boot. Your website says it's compatible with my CC2. The packaging even says in two different locations that it's compatible with the CC2. I reach out to Elegoo support and am told it's not compatible despite me looking at the product in my hand saying it's compatible. Customer service does a bad job at looking at the information I provided them (pictures, etc.) and essentially tries to put the blame on me. To make matters worse the part isn't even available on their US store website. It's a consumable part!!! How? If you need the part, you need to reach out to them, get a quote, then paypal them so they can ship it to you. A consumable part!!! This is ridiculous. This will be the last Elegoo I buy as my next printer will be from another company. The CC2 works great but the customer service is not good at all. I had to fight with them to send me a hotend for free and ordered a second hotend as a backup. It's not my problem that your website team didn't put the correct product descriptions on the website.

The biggest issue is how a consumable part (the most important one at that) isn't even available to purchase on the US website. In addition to that I've read other online discussion threads on how this company has screwed over CC1 users with promises they didn't/couldn't deliver.

Everything was great, I just wish the packaging was better. Most of the rolls came all taped together and difficult to take apart.

got the printer thru fedex, the washer thru amazon, and the resin finally showed up a week later. this was because there is NO USPS to my home. resin was returned to china, but i got a 2kg bottle in return, via ups.

i would have given 5 stars if you just shipped it all together, so i did not have to wait a week for the resin, to use a 600$ piece of equipment. just fedex it all next time.

Great product at great prices. I've been printing with their PETG-CF and it's been flawless. Printing with everything from a .2 up to a .6 nozzle, hot and cold plates, on a Bambu P2S/AMS 2 Pro. Highly recommend, just remember to dry your filament first.

I purchased the Centauri Carbon 2. Updated the firmware, found some STL files, sliced it with the Elegoo Slicer and straight to the printer. This is my first time printing and Elegoo made it easy enough for me to understand. It’s been great so far. Just had one issue with one of the spools being too tight and would not unspool when loading. Other than that you can print anything.
The unpacking experience was excellent and you can see the amount of quality work that the company goes through to ensure that your package is delivered un damaged. The build quality is excellent! My only negative feedback is the shipping. Who ever decided to deliver my printer in front of my garage for the whole world to see is beyond me. Someone would have been able to pick it up.

This is my experience for Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2. Placed the order on April 5th, received it on April 10th with minimal trucking. Experiencing problem at April 18th. Troubleshooting for a couple days because it’s intermittent. Experienced it again for a 9 hrs print on 22nd makes me wants to change the nozzle cause it feels like the nozzle is clogging. Take out the hotend found the hotend’s heating wire is broken. I decided to return, because many reasons( PHONE APP PROBLEM, LACK OF RESOURCES, SLICER APP COULDNT CONNECT TO THE PRINTER AFTER AN UPDATE, SOMETIMES WORKING CAMERA)
And they provide different return policy for there own website and Amazon which is crazy.

Arrived in good shape, 1 day late but it’s because that’s FedEx. Overall the printer printed great, unboxing and getting thing start was easy peasy, I bought this as an upgrade from Creality Ender 3v2, so with the auto leveling and camera this machine have is already enough to sold me. The packaging was very well planned (very fancy ngl) and instructions are good enough to get you through everything. Print quality was actually pretty great and fast, was actually better than Flash Forge M5 quality. Overall, “chef’s kiss” this printer.

Spent thousands of dollars and can’t get a simple reply for help. Would not recommend.

The shipment was broken up into several deliveries, which I was warned about on the website, and itself wasn't a real problem. The real problem was that I couldnt adequately track them. The tracking was too vague and not kept up with enough granularity.
That said, everything arrived in good condition.

Can I say I love this machine get u a CC2 dnt think about just do it u won't regret it I had mine for last then 3 weeks and ordered another one and already thinking of number 3 that's how awesome and amazing this 3d printer is thanks for making this one of the best user and beginner friendly printers can't wait to print more

My new CC2 has been great. I'm still new to FDM printing so I've had a few ups and downs. Though not as rough as printing in resin on my Mars 5 Ultra. That's been a learning curve all in itself. Even with the headaches I still enjoy the M5U.

I really enjoy seeing my creations come to life layer by layer. It's one thing to see something youve spent hours modeling and to actually get to hold it in your hand. My CC2 worked straight out of the box, setup was simple enough. Shipping was quick but not quick enough to ease my excitement. haha.

The site was easy to order from. The product was well packaged for shipping and works great.

Has been working great and producing beautiful things

I purchased the cc1 a month ago and it works like a dream. So I wanted multi colors printers, so I purchased the cc2 now I cant print on the cc2 , because it keep going offline when I try to print anything. Going back and forward with elagoo support team is not helping because I still can't print anything.

I was only sent one of the two missing claw replacements from the three-pack I ordered. Please send one more.

Update: I received only one more claw. Still waiting on the third and final one. I think there is an issue in their warehouse packing department.. or something like that. Someone needs to tell the people packing the items that a replacement spool holder claw requires 3 claws, per each order, not 1…
