Green box. Four Sigmatic SHIELD organic coffee. I love this coffee. Really enjoy a cup. And i am a tea drinker normally! Highly recommend.

The customer service is terrible. Also, they are now charging huge amounts for taxes to receive shipments, so I had to leave them after being ordering for over a year.

They are dishonest about the content and have "curated" (fake) reviews on the website.

I ordered a creamer and noticed it didn't say how much L-theanine or lion's mane mushroom was a actually in the pack. I asked their customer service and got the reply was first inaccurate (they thought L-theanine was a mushroom extract) and then said they wouldn't disclose the information because it would "threaten the integrity of the brand" (their words). And that saying how much L-theanine (a very common green tea extract) would "compromise our competitive edge over our competitors". The only reason I see for keeping this secret is that they have an offensively small amount of it in the pack.

And the cans of mushroom blend are more than 70% air to make it look like you´re getting more.

After browsing the reviews on the website I could only find 5 star reviews after pages and pages and they look bot-generated. I looked into "yotpo." - the provider they use for "curating" the reviews and its a dishonest service. And on four sigmatic's website they have the guts to claim that they are "transparent".

I absolutely love this company! I've been ordering their coffee for years and it's the only one that actually feels good on my stomach, after years of GI issues. I am so grateful to have discovered Four Sigmatic. Thank goodness!
I highly recommend this brand if you've had any GI issues, as the addition of functional mushrooms makes this my best choice for my health, while still loving the taste!! Best Coffee Choice around!!

Awful , awful, awful . Sent me the wrong protein as listed online missing all the main mushrooms, complained and ignored me for weeks and weeks no response in the end I had to chase via their instagram chat , then offered to resend me a new one free I replied thanks however please can I ensure it has main mushrooms ingredients ignored me again and again , received an email of dispatched with delay , then randomly 6 weeks later the same incorrect powder turned up yet again, gave up with them clearly international do not get the same service or products as the USA

Good coffee and I can’t move on with my day without it. They have very nice customer service too! Removing one star because their products are insanely expensive.

Extremely sneaky company. I intended to only order the lions mane coffee but they sneakily included a 16 euro coffee creamer in the order. I did not intend to buy a creamer at all but they have a sneaky tactic employed. Watch out, its like being on the ryanair website u need to watch u don't buy or sign up to something u don't want or need

I’ve only ordered their Functional Creamer for my keto coffee. The powder was in clumps when I opened it so I had to break them up with a spoon to get it to a fine powder again. It’s supposed to make your coffee like bulletproof coffee but it really didn’t. Just use the actual ingredients (MCT oil and butter) to make real bulletprooof coffee. I’m on keto and intermittent fasting and it did keep me from breaking my fast so in that sense, it did work for me. It has no taste and I can’t really tell that I have anything in my coffee. I used the scoop and the portions on the package per cup. It’s not much. I imagine if you use a couple of tablespoons, you can tell it’s in there. It was a $30 canister and I’m almost out and I prob won’t be ordering again.

Their products are amazing, definitely worth trying.

Average product, below average customer service aka spam machine. They don't respond to unsubscribe requests. Not worth.

Extremely dishonest and shady company! As another reviewer mentioned, they completely ignore email communication so you probably won't be able to get a hold of them ever. STAY FAR AWAY!

I am seriously unhappy with the service of that company.
I've ordered coffee from them, because I wanted to try and decide if I like it and then to consider subscription or ordering again. I've received the coffee on time, I've tried it and didn't really like it that much to even consider ordering again. Bear in mind, that the coffee is quite costly. After 2 weeks, Four Sigmatic took again the same amount of money from my card without my permission and they've send me again coffee. I wrote an email asking how can they decide from my behalf if I want to order again and they said that I have a subscription, which I've never made. I was really careful when I made the purchase, as I know a lot of companies are working like that, (tricked you in subscription), I didn't even made an account and did only one time purchase. They replied that they will cancel my subscription and will refund my money, which they never did. So I had to call my bank and ask for cancellation so to be able to have my money back after more then a month. Now, even though I cancelled many time the advertising emails that I am receiving, they continue to send them and I can't stop them.
My overall experience was bad and I would never order from that company again.

It’s very hard to get a hold of this company they wanted you to either text or email them when you call them they direct your attention to text messaging I order product Friday and never And never got a tracking number can’t get a hold of anybody it only tells me what I bought and I’m going on vacation and it’s terrible when you can’t get a hold of anybody so that’s why I give it a one star I never use the product as of yet

The product is great, but the customer service is a bit terrible. An automated phone line puts you through to a text service that asks what your question is, you tell them and then they text and say they're not in the office but can be reached Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm. It's 11.51am on a Wednesday. No option for expedited shipping. All in all, if you want to purchase on their terms then by all means, but I need a bit more flexibility, and certainly a more functional level of communication. Shame

Love Four Sigmatic's mushroom coffee blends! I am not much of a coffee drinker because of the taste of the roast. However, when I tried Four Sigmatic coffee blend I was hooked. I have ordered regularly in the last two years and now tried their protein powder and love it! Other protein powders that are made vegan give me stomach upset, but not the one from Four Sigmatic. Five stars all the way!

Never a membership fee, always 20% OFF subscription products and FREE shipping as well! They often send samples and freebies, everything's organic. Anyone that's worried about their cognitive function should really give the FOCUS blend a try! Even if, like me, you hate mushrooms!

I’ve purchased many different products from this company and it’s definitely the best! I love the mushroom teas and coffees and I thought they were going to taste terrible but they surprisingly weren’t. I feel like that is obvious but if you’re purchasing these products it’s for the for the health benefits and not the taste. Honestly, if they did taste like trash I’d still buy them. Lions Maine is my go to but I love them all. Recently they came out with a protein and I’m obsessed!! I’ve never found a protein powder that hasn’t hurt my stomach until this one. I thought it was just me and my weird stomach but my friend said the same thing!

I drink the lion's mane coffee occasionally and it does wonders. I am a STEM student so I need my brain to function at its fullest and the shrooms really help out. No taste whatsoever :) I do the cold brew method. I hope they will come out with a decaffeinated version as well.

I have tried Mushroom coffee and Lion's mane elixir. I really tried to get into it. But couldn't go past that smell and taste. It is so upsetting as it is supposed to be really good for you.
