Absolutely the WORST shopping experience Iâve ever had.
I placed an order with this company on January 1st, and after over a week and a half, I still hadnât received a tracking number. When I followed up via email, they couldnât even find my order in their system. I provided everythingâmy email, phone number, shipping address, date of purchase, etc.âand after several frustrating days of back-and-forth, they STILL couldnât locate it.
So I politely asked them to cancel my order since it was taking far too long. And guess what? Magically, the very next email claimed my package had shippedâthe same package they couldn't find for days. Suspicious, right?
Now months later, they still refuse to provide a return label or issue a full refund. The package arrived, still unopened, and yet they are completely uncooperative.
This company has been nothing but unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and look at literally ANY other shapewear brand. Avoid this one at all costs.
