I’m not the best on a computer, so I had a little trouble navigating, as usual. Every time I asked a question via email, I got a surprisingly quick response for a government agency. The customer service was awesome.

The process was fairly easy and once completed I received my Global Entry approval promptly, followed by my new card.

on-line follow-up was good

I was very confused navigating the procedure to apply for Global Entry for myself, husband and son. I was able to correspond via text and email with a REAL person who was helpful and pleasant. Also I requested that my husband and son be able to go down for their interview together and they complied. How refreshing.

Easy fix to a misunderstanding and got my problem solved within minutes. And taylor was persistent. I love that type of customer service.

Received great support in resolving several questions and issues encountered by me on the application web site and they were professionally and timely resolved by Taylor.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!! My fiance needed to renew his passport & he thought it was the correct government website for passport renewals. He entered his personal data and was prompted to pay $132 - they don't even provide the passport, they just fill out the forms you can do yourself for free on the official government website. This is an extremely misleading website & I am concerned about having provided them personal data!! At best, they are a middle man with no use or benefit at all. At worst, they are a major scammer selling your personally identifiable information to the dark web.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I called because the previous agent did not send me my passport pack with the changes that I requested. The agent was polite, helpful and efficient. The call was answered in a timely manner and the agent was able to find my information and sent me my packet with changes in seconds. Not sure why the previous agent said it would take 15 minutes which did not happen but Beth was able to send me the packet in secounds and I confirmed with her all was correct.

Raine's customer service was exceptional and the information provided was prompt and well explained.

All good thus far. I have just applied a few days ago. I have heard from friends that your organization is well run. That has been my experience.

Raine B has been a God send, she has answered every question promptly for me and has walked me through the whole process.
I wish there were more people in Customer Service like her because she shows that she cares. She deserves a promotion.

I’ve been unable to login my account after making Global Entry applications for my wife & I to proceed further. I’m currently still not able to login but have gotten the assistance needed from Ms Victoria for our interviews! That was an awesome experience with to secure our interviews as we await how to login.

I sent in an email request, and the response came back within minutes... Excellent service and much appreciated!

I filled out the form thinking I was on the government website and put my daughter’s sensitive information! I was super tired and didn’t pay attention. I submitted the form but realized my mistake when I was prompted to pay. I emailed the uspassportandvisa company requesting the deletion of all data but received no response and instead they keep sending me advertisements stating that they still have the form (which I can’t access) and inviting me to do the payment! And of course there is no phone number available to contact them unless you do the payment! So deceptive!

Nevertheless my daughter’s full name still appears when I click on the « complete application » icon I keep receiving on their advertising emails.
I was able to request a deletion of the data on their website this time since it didn’t ask me for an order ID, and according to their statement it takes about 15days to have it processed which I find too long!

Following these events, I am adding one star.
I am hoping my request will be processed sooner.

More update as of 03/06/2026

I received a phone call from one of the form assistant who was really kind and assured me that they have deleted all the data and they unsubscribed me from the marketing emails, but unfortunately when I click “complete application” in one of the previous marketing posts it still takes me to the payment process for my daughter’s application form that is still stored in their system.
I am glad I have those previous emails to figure out the veracity of their saying! I mean if they claim they are not using these datas what is the issue in deleting it??!
All I know is that I am supposed to be redirected to a new form page when I click “complete application “ not the payment page!
Anyway, I submitted a deletion request of the application form and received a confirmation email from “jotform” for my request. I am expecting a ticket confirmation number of the data erasure from the same “jotform” company they are using!

For their email answers and phone call I am changing the title from bad customer service to can do better!

I had an issue log-in and agent Ms Taylor contacted me many time to make sure I was following steps and after a couple of days I’ve received call and email making sure I was okay. She’s a great customer service agent.

Taylor processed the final stages of my application in a friendly, efficient and effective manner. It could not have been done any better!

Before working with Global Entry Assistance i tried to renew my membership on my own and had an extremely frustrating time that went on for many months! Once I started working with Global Entry Assistance everything went smoothly and faster than I expected!! Everyone I dealt with was really very helpful and responsive. They just took over the case, stayed in close contact, informing me of the process and what to expect. I greatly appreciated it!! This was an instance where every penny I paid for the service was well worth it!
