Good products however they outright lie about their shipping time frames. Why do I say they lie? Well because their site gives order processing cut off times and then shipping times. The normal person would take the processing time as meaning if ordered before that time, then it should be processed and shipped that day, and then follow the shipping times section.

Well, they have never one hit that and talking with a couple reps, they claim they don't hit it and people have complained before. A rude customer service manager called me on the phone after I complained about it and all she wanted to say was that I must not have an issue with it because I've never complained before, and I have ordered a number of times in the past. She said to give them a month or so to update the site. It's been 3-4 months and they still do not updated it.

So while I do like to shop with American based companies and products, the way they lie about this here is, well, quite frankly, unacceptable. They lie about it because people have complained about it multiple times, their customer service knows they do not hit their published times, and they refuse to update their site. Will I buy from them again? Maybe? at the very lest if I am in a rush for something, then absolutely not. If you are needing parts quickly and need something to ship the same day or even the next, then look elsewhere. They tend to take 3-4 days to ship products. For reference, my order was just standard filters. Nothing custom or special.

Update:
A manager reached out to me. She was able to verify my prior orders did ship the same or next day, that the rep who told me that they always shipped days later was incorrect and that action would be taken. I've updated this from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Just installed a u s water softener today after having an AO Smith that did not work from the start. Pure junk. After a few hours of using the new system, my wife said " my hands feel better already". Very easy to install and working just fine. We are very pleased so far.

On 12/29/25 I placed an order for some tubing. They immediately charged my CC and sent me a confirmation email. On 1/6/26, after over a week with no notice of the tubing being shipped I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation stating that I would receive my refund in 7-14 days. Well today is 01/22/26 and still no refund. I have emailed several times inquiring about it and to be fair I have received replies each time stating they have opened a ticket and are looking into it. Communication is okay with this company but execution is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend them.

Everyone was very helpful in troubleshooting the RO-5 filter unit. It took a bit to diagnose the issue, but with their support we were able to work through it and get the necessary parts ordered efficiently.

Do not do business with this company. They are just money grubbing slobs. I purchased a part and paid 4 times the cost of the part for overnight shipping. The part did not arrive for 1 week. These clowns refused to even refund the shipping costs. I talked to some woman who said she would talk to her boss and call me back, no call. She could not understand why I was upset. Total dishonest company, go else were.

I purchased a filtration system from US Water Systems and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the company. One of the things I truly appreciate is that all of their products are made in the USA…..a big plus for me.
After a few months of using my system, I ran into an issue with one of the units. I reached out to customer service, and a representative personally walked me through the troubleshooting process step by step. When it turned out the issue couldn’t be resolved, they immediately sent me a replacement unit.
The system itself works wonderfully, and the level of support I received was outstanding. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands so firmly behind its products and takes such good care of its customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend US Water Systems to anyone looking for a reliable filtration solution.

We purchased the filtration system and it has had nothing but problems. Called for support but was told we had to purchase more parts. After 18,000.00 it is still NOT WORKING and now we are bypassing it totally and the quality of our water is horrible. They offer NO support and only want more money. They are by far the worst company. DONT INVEST IN THIS SYSTEM!!!!!!!

This company is one of those places that always seems to have a "sale" running. I bought a softener on "sale" for $1400 and after it shipped, a real "sale" happened and the price was $1000. When I asked about a price adjustment they didn't respond (you have to nag these people). Eventually, they responded with another person's order information(yikes). I finally got an answer of no. When I submitted a return for the softener they just stopped communicating. Customer support is poorly organized and slow to respond. As for the softener, I would recommend looking at other less expensive options. You are definitely NOT paying a premium for a good experience with these folks. The tank appears the same as the low end tanks but has a goofy metal looking sleeve to make it look more fancy. The tank didn't stand up straight out of the box. The valve and controller unit is just some rebranded thing with a screen/ui from the late 80s. The app you download is from chandlersystemsinc. The softener does seem to do its job, just way overpriced for what you get.
update: the RMA request was submitted on 7/18 and an email was sent stating "Our customer service team is reviewing your information and will get back to you real soon.", which has not happened as of 7/28... At this stage this is a moot point as I went ahead and installed this unit, so the RMA or further conversations with customer support is meaningless.

had the low end reverse osmosis system in my prior house no issues. Just moved and installed a similar system. installed today 7/3 and had an issue with a part leaking. Called customer service then followed up with tech support. Totally surprising experience. Customer service left message with tech support and I had a call back 5 minutes (4:55pm est). part is being shipped out by monday due to holidays. have not had such a good response from an organization in a long time.

poor product quality. water leak after 2 months! flooring water damage. tech support was helpful, but did not want to compensate for fixing their quality issue. Stay away from this company. Do not be fooled by their "US Water System". Products are all made outside the country.

It was easy to determine the right system for my home. The water softener and filtration systems were shipped quickly and well packaged. The installation instructions weren't 100% clear so I contacted support multiple times. Support was friendly, understood their product and gave good directions. The system works great and our water quality has never been so good. I really like being able to control the softener using a phone application.

Frustrated customer! We ordered a whole home water softener and filtration system in addition the RO system with the pump and UV filter. We have reached out for some issues but have not received a single response back for help. If we aren’t contacted soon then we will submit this to the BBB and other related review platforms.

I am recently transitioning over from another water company that has failed me..
The customer service here has been excellent and the support staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The website contains lots of information about water and product information/installation. I am learning more about water quality than i ever knew..
I wish i found US Water sooner. Very happy customer!

This has turned out to be a reliable and quality softening system. I gave the system six months with a concerned look to make sure I could leave a quality review for others specifically on the Matrixx 10GPM.

The system that I purchased for my household, has turned out to be sufficient and the quality of softening for a well water has been excellent. You will find that the representatives you speak to are knowledgeable.

If you have a decent rudimentary understanding of plumbing, then you should be able to install this yourself in a day if you have all of the fittings ready to go.

Give them a call and ask them whatever you need to. Additionally, the app for monitoring and controlling the system is pretty straightforward and it gives me good information to fine-tune the needs of our own home.

When I had my system installed, soon thereafter, a sensor failed. Initially disappointed, I called tech support. Immediately an English speaking tech was walking me through the trouble shooting of the device and the faulty part was identified. The replacement was quickly sent out and received promptly. I installed the part and the system has been perfect ever since. Outstanding customer service is worth its weight in gold when an issue can be painlessly resolved by someone that can effectively communicate. I get it that parts sometimes fail but customer service should always be great and with US Water Systems it is!

A WS1 Male NPT Elbow Assembly for a bodyguard filter was not fitting correctly. Contacted company twice and support team never called back with any assistance. Had to purchase parts separately to get system to run. Not a happy customer.

Clear and concise product description. Received my order in a few days. Items were fragile and were boxed with extra caution. Arrived undamaged.
