I still cannot get my replacement…

I still cannot get my replacement filter to work properly after I have followed the steps. I even had a plumber come out and he did not know what to do. So now I cannot use my water filter.
So I did receive an email back from APEC asking me to update them with any questions or concerns. I did not receive information on how to reach out to them nor did I receive a follow up phone call. My 1 star still remains and if I could give zero stars I would.

the package containing the o-rings was…

the package containing the o-rings was never sealed before shipping...therefore i had to re-order,since the o-rings fell out of the package, who knows where.

Filter out of stock for over 6 months

*UPDATE*
Notice how in the reply, the representative glosses over the fact that they have not had filter in stock for over 6 months effectively abandoning support for this product. When I called APEC, I was told it would be in stock the end of April, now here they are claiming the end of May. I bought APEC because I thought they were a reputable brand. Apparently I was wrong.

I own an APEC ROCT-PLUS Portable All-In-One countertop RO unit. The water quality is excellent, but my experience with the company has been poor.
The system uses a proprietary filter, and I'm enrolled in their 6-month recurring delivery. For the past five months, I've received the same weekly email:

"Your upcoming order on APEC WATER has an item that is currently out of stock. We will process your orders once the following item(s) are back in stock — you will not be charged until that point:

APEC RO Replacement Filters for All-in-One Instant Hot Countertop Reverse Osmosis System."
In the meantime, I can "manage my recurring items" via a link that leads nowhere useful.

When I contacted support, the AI chatbot suggested I buy filters for completely different products that I don't own. As a result, my unit has been sitting useless on the counter for months as an expensive decoration.

Extremely disappointing.

The system sounds like a jack hammer

The system sounds like a jack hammer! APEC couldn’t figure it out. I can’t afford to pay plumber another $200 just to fail again. Help!

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased many items and a couple of them included the 3/8ths 5-TCR-3-8 post filter. One of these filters were leaking on the faucet end of the filter and I couldn't get it to stop. I contacted APEC support and after confirming I connected everything correctly they immediately sent me a replacement filter for no charge. To me that shows that this company holds their customers in high regard and I'll keep buying more units/parts from them.

Fantastic company and good water

Fantastic company. Had the product for just barely over one year which put it out of warranty and I had a problem with an internal leak. Within 15 minutes they were generating a shipping label and sent me an entirely brand new unit with almost no questions asked. I would definitely recommend to anybody and everybody. Also, the water quality is fantastic by the way.

I’ve installed 10+ Apec RO systems.

I’ve installed 10+ Apec RO systems.
Those were great but the last two, made a lot of trouble to me.
Wrong valve on one and broken valves on the other one caused me delay to deliver the job and much more trips to the customer’s house.

Poor customer service

I have had my APEC water filter system for many years. I ordered a filter kit which is required for the system every 6-12 months. They sent me the wrong ultraviolet bulb in the kit for the system. I asked if they could send me the correct bulb and they said the bulb wasn't made anymore. I mean at that point my system is useless without the ultraviolet bulb. I think they should have been able to offer me a new stainless steel cylinder that fits the new bulb as long as I have been a customer. Perhaps a discount on a new system that has an ultraviolet filter, but no they didn't offer any kind of a fix for the situation. I will be buying a new system from a different company.

UPGRADE to PHUV75 for better taste

I had a Roes-50,,it sold with house,,I upgraded to a Roes-PHUV75,, 7 filter system,,UV light changed taste,,coffee taste better too

Great product

Great Service

My under sink five stage RO system started leaking after 22 months of use. Called APEC, sent them some picts and proof of purchase and the replacement part was in the mail the next day!
