Having been with this company for a year, I have had no problems
transferring over to them, or dealing with them regarding our bill, always
tell us when our d/d is being taken out, always e-mail when our meter reading is needed.
So far very pleased with their service.

Always feel looked after, by Tahir. He has always been honest in his evaluation on the market, and navigated us through the energy crisis so far with great prices in comparison with the rest of he market

I have been with my account manager Tahir Sheikh for a good number of years and value his consultative and advisory approach to energy market contractual agreements. He impresses me as trustworthy, reliable and I value his advice.
His colleagues have always been courteous and helpful which goes to show that Utility Trade is selective in their HR. They have definitely struck gold with Tahir Sheikh.

We have been with Utilty trade for many years now. I was very sceptical when they first rang but never looked back. We have had the same person dealing with us since day one! Unheard of in this climate! He got all our electric contracts to re- new at the same time which was a massive help and always rings when it's time to renew a contract. At first I did ring around to check what he was coming up with but couldn't get a better offer. It's just nice to catch up with what the markets are doing and get advise, especially the last 2 years. Highly recommend them and no more cold calling from other companies when contracts due.

We have been working with Utility Trade for the last couple of years, and found they work hard to achieve the best deal possible. They are also very helpful in keeping us well informed between contracts of energy market movements so we can gauge best time to renew contracts.

We have only just started using Utility Trade, and so far we are very happy with the service. They take the worry and confusion out of our hands, monitor our current electricity contracts and get quotes in when they are up for renewal.
