Bought a new build home full of VadoâŠ
Bought a new build home full of Vado stuff, now 10 years down the line the shower has stopped working. Vado offered no help, said the shower now is discontinued and offered no alternative other than to rip out our en-suite, tiling and roof apart to change to a new shower! Donât go for this company, too fancy for their own good, will defo go for a normal shower next time.
Update after contacting them as asked to from below reply to be told again, the same thing, that there is nothing they can do because the shower is discontinued, not even advice on what my options are to have a new system put inâŠ. NOTHING! I am still left with having to rip my toilet and ceiling apart to get a working shower. I repeat donât go with this company or these pointless showers that you cannot easily fix or change

If ever I have a query or issue the customer service is patient, knowledgeable and help me every time. This time I replaced a shower head with a Nebula one and they helped me work out what my product was and what I could use. Just what you need when you donât know where to start. Friendly and very helpful in helping me find the correct parts. I had a leaking shower that was installed around 13 years ago. The range of cartridges for bathroom fittings is large and confusing, and after ordering the wrong one I contacted Vado support with photos of the old cartridge to ask if they could identify which was the correct one. They responded quickly with the correct part number and a list of stockists where it could be sourced.

Iâm a plumber working with Vado products at the moment and the tiny screws for SKU:
CAM-140-SBR are a nightmare, very poor design and the hexagonal shape of the screw head gets destroyed because the inside thread is too narrow and once you apply too much force it breaks and the whole set is ruined because of a tiny piece of. 110£ per item and we already have 14 with this specific problem that we are obliged to throw in the trash.
